Albergo nuovo in area in costruzione , purtroppo piscina non fruibile e stanza colazione inadatta per contenere un grande numero di persone . Stanze belle e nuove ma staff non all’altezza del compito . Poca professionalità .

Beautiful room, wonderful view of the bay. Property is new. But be mindful the rooms are not well isolated, when our neighbor was having shower for 1 hour at 7am - it sounded like somebody is having shower right next to my head.

My hotel experience was notably disappointing for several reasons: 1. **Cold Service Attitude**: The receptionists exhibited a lack of warmth and enthusiasm, detracting from the check-in process and issue resolution. 2. **Room Hygiene Concerns**: Upon entering the room, a noticeable foul odor emanated from the bathroom, which regrettably took an unreasonably long time to rectify, highlighting hygiene concerns. 3. **Inaccurate Room Service**: The room service failed to accurately fulfill the placed orders, with several items missing entirely, thereby diminishing the overall quality of the stay. 4. **Delays and Misinformation**: The delay in providing the welcome drink, coupled with unclear communication regarding service details, resulted in unnecessary waiting and confusion. In conclusion, the service quality and attitude fell short of expectations, leading to a significant level of dissatisfaction. It is advisable to relay this feedback to the hotel management to prompt improvements in service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

Hotel is cool and clean, room spacious, breakfast not so good actually, and the gym is really to a bare minimum. They could give at least access to the pool. The staff is friendly but some difficulties with english hence handling foreigners issues..

The hotel is relatively new but it is very noisy and smoke smell is roaming around the room and I chocked serveral times. I couldn't sleep at all, the reception is not able to solve the smoke issues.

The place is near to metro and the hotel room was big and spacious good for families.

衞生：房間乾淨衞生，無異味，在房間看了一圈，沒有任何瑕疵，衞生優秀 環境：很好，酒店前台安靜乾淨，設計美觀，酒店味道清新，點贊 設施：房間極其寬敞，實際比酒店照片還要好看，我入住太累了，直接睡了忘記拍照了，房間佈置合理，而且很新，非常安靜。設施都是品牌，簡約且有品質。 服務：前台細緻周到，且耐心。辦理入住和退房非常迅速。點贊點贊！房間內水喝完，配送超級及時～

這無敵海景全深圳沒幾個酒店有，剛好颱風過坐在房間拍着延時太愜意了。一站地鐵到海上世界大快朵頤，下雨的時候在二樓大堂看着書喝着咖啡，任由外面狂風暴雨而我們泰然自處。感謝前台的雷姐從預訂到退房的貼身安排。

酒店很新房間比較大，房間小冰箱還有免費的零食和飲料。酒店是凱悦旗下的，品質還可以，早餐在18樓，窗外就是海景，看着窗外景色心情都會變好～，前台小哥莊先生服務很贊，入住行李有點多，主動幫忙拿行李👍🏻👍🏻
