good location for us, quite surroundings, next to subway line 2, one stop to Sea World where lot of resturants

Just next to metro station since it is new developed area, there are not many shops or anything surround. K11 shopping mall is not yet opened. Other than that, everything is great

Service is good , the staffs here are friendly and environment is good .

We had a great trip there. The service staff were amazing and always helpful to us. Will definitely stay again!

It's a nice hotel in a quiet area. Very convenient for when you need to take the ferry from Shekou (to Hong Kong or Macau). Rooms are great. My only complaint was that my room was very warm and stuffy and the aircon could not be turned out. Staff initially told me to open a window but my room type had no windows that could open. For the second night they gave me a room with a window that could be opened but still I find it weird that the hallways, elevators and restaurant were cool but the rooms themselves are not. Other than that it's a very nice modern hotel and good value. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in room 2325 and had an incredibly uncomfortable experience due to the air-conditioning not working. The room temperature was 28°C, even though it was much cooler outside. Despite setting the thermostat to 19°C, the room remained unbearably hot, forcing us to open the window to cool it down. Unfortunately, loud construction next door began at 5 AM, making it impossible to get any rest. When we informed the manager about these issues at checkout, he simply shrugged and told us the air-conditioning was broken throughout the hotel. This is completely unacceptable for a property of this standard. Guests pay for a comfortable and functional room, not to endure a sleepless night in sauna-like conditions with added noise. This experience was far below the expectations we have for a hotel like Hyatt.
