The young women at the reception were simply wonderful. They welcomed us with hot tea and every time we returned to the hotel they greeted us with a cup of tea or honey water. It was the nicest hotel service we have ever had in our entire lives. The hotel is very well located (next to the Tencent building). The room was super clean (like new), very warm (with the ability to adjust the temperature but the windows do not open). Huge TV, a fridge refilled daily (Coca-Cola, green and black tea with honey). Bottled water is not only left for guests in the rooms, but also by the elevator. The gym and laundry (free of charge) are open 24 hours a day. The laundry is equipped with washing machines with automatic detergent dosing. The breakfast was good, mainly Chinese. In the evening, from 9.30, there is a free light meal for guests in the hotel restaurant. There is a 7-eleven store in the same building.

location is good, very close to different malls in nanshan area, all 10-15mins ride away. staffs very friendly, they offered us free breakfast just because we were waiting to check in and the room was not yet ready when we arrived. very good service.

房間設施雖然比不上5星，但夠用。第一次在酒店發現提供一次性杯子，解決我的潔癖問題。不用洗了。早上出門帶杯咖啡，也蠻方便。 衞生：很棒 環境：很棒 服務：服務沒説的。好過5星酒店。交通便利。前台入住耽誤一些時間，給我升房了。可以洗衣服。出差比較久的真的很實用。每個服務人員，無論是前台，打掃衞生的，還是洗衣房遇到的，都很熱情。深夜粥很暖心。我在樓下接待好幾個客人，顧不上，前台主動給客人送水。服務很周到。房間礦泉水充足。還有mini bar.可惜忘記拍房間照片了。喝深夜粥，在食堂，拍個照片留念。

半夜胃痛，抱着試一試的想法打給了前台，前台立即詢問我是否需要陪同去醫院，人生地不熟的，我想着吃葯先挺一挺，就告訴前台，沒想到他們立馬就下單了胃葯，還一起送來了温水和熱敷貼，説是讓我休息的舒服一些。非常感謝這家酒店，讓我在異鄉依舊感受到温暖
