All staff are so nice & helpful, especially 值班经理Olivia , 前台Joey和Mavis who showed their enthusiasm to serve us, provide us the best caring & services which was highly appreciated. Hotel is prefect to stay with good location & the hotel design is really fancy, Very clean & neat because of new hotel, very sure will be staying this hotel again when I back Shenzhen ! Food is excellent at Chinese restaurant as well

much appreciated their services , from we stepped in the hotel staff fromm concierge, front desk, restaurants, wellness centers, gave us a warm hearted feelings. Especially their guest relation manager Allen Fu n front desk Rica Zhou, their politeness n helped very impressive. thank you so much they gave us a happy memories.

Alice service is very attentive and professional. She and her colleagues had arranged nicely for my birthday including beautiful bouquet and simple room decorations. Before my arrival, Angela is also helping the booking arrangement. The hotel design has wow us and the buffet breakfast is good. The overall ambiance and the experience is outstanding and we will definitely come back next time. Thanks to Shangri-la for this great stay.

We had a great stay. Afternoon tea at the lounge was good. Food quality higher than expected. We were looked after by a dedicated customer service manager, Phillip Li. He was super helpful and gave recommendations on activities and transfer.
Room was new. Bed was comfy. Great view from

I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.
