Excellent service! Room is big and clean, love it very much! Convenient to shopping mall and many eateries, will choose this again if I am back in Shenzhen!

This is a very modern and clean hotel. It is highly recommended for any visitors /guests visiting Shenzhen. Staff are generally friendly, and hotel accommodation costs are very reasonable. There are shopping malls near the hotel, which is also close to the subway/MTR station. Mr. Lau

Guy at the front deck was fairly helpful though once again it was my cell phone giving him a bit of pain in trying to connect to the internet. Firewall issues again and probably no fault of the hotel anyways it was the guys best effort. Slightly annoyed that on check out the receptionist insisted I do a review for them right away on the spot. Which as you can see here I still gave them full marks. But yea. Breakfast selection was very generous there’s actually dim sum. Outdoor area is lovely see picture it’s city view but very open and you can just enjoy your coffee there

I had an exceptional stay at this high-rise hotel with stunning city views. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding skyscrapers. The location was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to major attractions. The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, consistently ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. The modern amenities included a well-equipped fitness area with exercise balls. While the room was on the smaller side, the efficient layout and contemporary furnishings made excellent use of the space. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking a sophisticated urban experience.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. There are 2 malls closeby- KK ONE & C FUTURE CITY with plenty of shopping and food options. The hotel itself is pretty modern and had a decent gym. We got the queen sized bed with a city view. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy- had a wonderful night's rest. The staff were very friendly and although they didn't speak much english, they tried their best to communicate with us and provide whatever we needed. Breakfast also had some good options. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Easy access to shopping and transportation. Hotel to Bao An airport about 40 minutes.

Nice location, clean and cosy, nice staff, nearby has a big shopping mall and mtr station, very convenient. Would recommend this place and would consider to come again next time.

Mr. 余林煬 is one of the best employees that I ever meet, he did good for check in, fast and very kind person. I also lost some expensive watch in my room and he also help me to locate it and keep for me next day to pick up! This hotel must stay as very nice and clean. I have a suite room which very quiet and modern. 真心感謝余先生的幫助！best employee for the month! Keep going and good job!
