The staff are friendly, no problems checking in. Using the laundry was easy. But, I think the room I was in the person before me was smoking. I opened the window and door but couldn't get rid if the smell. Probably should have asked to change a room, but it was only for 1 night so didn't bother.

位置很棒，附近有兩條地鐵，離阪田北A口更近，交通方便，吃喝很多。酒店特別乾淨，所以每次來深圳都住這家，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務很棒！

房間不錯，非常整潔，而且也不吵，很安靜，用具都是一次性的都很好，坐地鐵方便，旁邊就是阪田北和五和，離深圳北很近

住了兩晚，合共拍死了4隻小飛虫（房門旁1隻+浴室3隻）…我從未住過一間酒店有這麼多小飛虫…另外，電視很麻煩，因為睡了一晚後，早上打開電視便顯示沒有信號，問前台職員，原來沒信號時便要把牆上的房卡拿掉，房間斷電後再插卡讓信號再次連接，好的，做了便有信號了，但第二天早上再打開電視，又沒信號！又要再一次斷電才有信號……即是每一個早上都要這樣做？太麻煩了嗎？還有，一進房間便有少許煙味…而且廁紙也沒有後備，只有一卷……第二天晚上已經用完了，唯有拿房間桌子上的面紙來用吧～唯一大讚是清潔姨姨很友善，會主動問你要不要清潔，也會和我的小朋友聊天幾句。

非常舒心的入住體驗。酒店位置便利，離地鐵站挺近的。房間整潔，床品舒適，保證了優質的睡眠。前台很貼心周到，客房服務響應迅速，專業禮貌！

頭一次見有公攤的酒店（前台説的）
宣傳照片和麪積（圖2和圖3）與實際（圖1）完全不符，訂的是18-20㎡的大床房，實際面積也就12㎡。
沒有獨立WiFi，開放式的需要登錄，還無法上網
