Hotel in zona Ecology Corner, Shenzhen

Everything is perfect. The receptionist provided all the choices to me for upgrading and explain everything clearly. Name of the receptionist is ”Jing” and she provided the best service I ever have. Her passion and 24hrs service provided us a more than satisfy experience. I strongly recommend this hotel with 5 star service to everyone.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Situazione conveniente. È a circa 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e solo un po' più lontano per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. La stanza era pulita con design moderno e delizioso. Vista dalla finestra era grande e il letto era comodo. La doccia ha funzionato bene e il piano del bagno non è stato inondato dopo la doccia.La colazione è stata sorprendentemente buona in termini di qualità e varietà.

The room is very clean and spacious. The room comes with 1 king bed which suits 2 adults + 1 child well. The front desk is very helpful. Thumbs up! I faced the problem of using e-sim that I bought in Malaysia, then the front desk guy straight away came to my door to assist me with this issue. He even asked me to add them in WeChat, so that if anything needed help outside of the hotel, they could assist accordingly. Another lady (I forgot to ask her name) also gave super good service. She patiently taught us how to use Di Di apps. It would be great if the hotel could provide a different breakfast menu. So that we won't feel bored for eating same dishes daily.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. They gave us a later checkout time. Utilities are good: restaurant, gym, self laundry, outdoor lounge area (very lovely on the roof) with café. The room is a good size. ¥15 for all you can watch movies, shows, and music for 24 hours. Quite a large selection, good enough of English movies. Large TV. Black-out curtains. A feature that is very rare to see; a full-length mirror. Good counter space. The overall Japanese style decor is very nice. The soundproofing is not good. Got woken up at 5am by a bird. It sounded like it was in the room with us. No shaving kit that husband actually would have liked to use this time. The washroom doesn't have soundproofing either. Overall: a cozy hotel in a convenient location, but soundproofing needs to be improved. Other than that, it would have been very nice to stay.

Ottima posizione con accesso diretto dalla camera d'albergo al seminterrato -** stazione MRT a 30-40 metri a piedi. Il personale della reception è stato molto bravo a rispondere a tutte le mie esigenze durante le mie 2 notti di soggiorno. La signora ShiXia mi ha aiutato con una richiesta speciale per il check-out posticipato alle 16:00 a causa del nostro volo notturno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno e torneremo di nuovo quando torneremo a Shenzhen.
