I was very satisfied here, it has great quality for cost. The area is more removed from the center but there is an express metro so it's not a big issue. Planes fly over occasionally but with windows closed you barely notice it. The area is new, clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths, like a giant park. There are several good food places at the metro station and it's a short ride to malls and supermarkets. The air is very good, I never had trouble breathing like in the city center. The room is clean and pleasant, staff come to clean every day, management is friendly and helpful, they reply instantly on wechat, it has translation so language is no issue. I rarely heard neighbor noise, there was never any smells or bugs, the room stays warm in the winter and the shower gets hot instantly. There is a lot of sun light but you can make it dark, I slept great despite jet lag, there is good mood light, the wifi is fast and the tv is big and new.
