Raccomandazione a cinque stelle! La rilassante vista sulle montagne del Guanshansu è semplicemente mozzafiato! **
La vista a 180 gradi dalle montagne, dal pavimento al soffitto, dalla camera è incredibile. Aprendo gli occhi, sono stato accolto da cime avvolte dalla nebbia. Al tramonto, mi sentivo come in un dipinto a olio!
La colazione era preparata con ingredienti freschi e salutari. Anche il ristorante era buono, anche se ho dimenticato di scattare una foto. Mi è capitato di andare in lavanderia al quarto piano e di passare davanti alla piccola terrazza. Ho preparato una tazza di tè e mi sono seduto lì a sognare ad occhi aperti. Faceva ancora un po' freddo di notte, ma il cielo stellato era mozzafiato. Ha completamente alleviato tutta la stanchezza del mio viaggio di lavoro.
La governante dell'hotel ha offerto un servizio cordiale, con un'attenzione impeccabile ai dettagli.
L'hotel dista circa 1 chilometro dalla zona panoramica, che ho percorso a piedi in circa 30 minuti. L'aria era fresca e mi sono semplicemente rilassato. Anche il paesaggio nella zona panoramica era splendido, cosa rara a Shenyang. Anche il design generale è molto bello.
La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più del clima è stato il clima: né troppo caldo né troppo freddo, le nuvole erano grandi, il panorama era bellissimo e il personale era molto cordiale.

SSona ChichyanI had a wonderful stay at the Romantic Diamond Blue Hotel in Shenyang! The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Western and Chinese dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot if you want comfort, style, and great service all in one place. Highly recommended!

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Conrad Shenyang, il servizio eccezionale ci ha davvero impressionato. Anche se la posizione, le strutture e le splendide viste dell'hotel sono fantastiche, è la cura del personale che ha reso la nostra visita inoltrabile.
Quando mia figlia si e'infettata e ha perso la colazione, Robert, direttore della divisione della camera, ha preso un po'di pane per lei. Il gestore dei servizi ospiti del Front Office ha aiutato a organizzare la medicina e addirittura coordinato con il ristorante per preparare il porridge di millet fuori delle ore regolari.
Grazie in particolare al direttore dei servizi ospiti notturni Tom e al suo team, che hanno lasciato il loro modo di aiutarci con una questione urgente che coinvolge il governo locale. La loro cura ci ha fatto sentire, come cinesi d'oltremare, veramente a casa.
Questa meravigliosa esperienza ha approfondito il nostro amore per la Cina. Siamo molto grati e consigliamo molto Conrad Shenyang a tutti i viaggiatori.

It was a refreshing change from the often - stuffy and traditional hotel lobbies. The use of light colors and minimalistic furniture created an open and airy feel, setting a positive tone for my entire stay.
My room was a haven of cleanliness. Every surface, from the floors to the tabletops, was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and fresh, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support. They made sure I reached the airport in plenty of time for my flight, allowing me to start my journey with peace of mind.

The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
