SSona ChichyanI had a wonderful stay at the Romantic Diamond Blue Hotel in Shenyang! The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Western and Chinese dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot if you want comfort, style, and great service all in one place. Highly recommended!

ZZSHUMENA Hidden Gem vicino all'aeroporto di Shenyang Taoxian: Yunshangju Hotel
Nestled near Shenyang Taoxian Airport, Yunshangju Hotel (Shenyang Taoxian Airport Branch) può essere piccolo in dimensioni, ma si accoppia un potente punch quando si tratta di offrire un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente.
Dal momento in cui sono entrato nell'hotel, sono stato colpito dal suo interno moderno. Il lobby era ben progettato, con linee elegante e elementi di decorazione contemporanea. Era un cambiamento rinfrescante dalle spesso - stufa e tradizionali lobby alberghiere. L'uso di colori leggeri e mobili minimalistici ha creato un senso aperto e aperto, che ha dato un tono positivo per tutta la mia permanenza.
La mia stanza era un giardino di pulizia, ogni superficie, dal pavimento al tappeto, era immacolatamente pulita, il letto era morbido e fresco, e le mutande forniva solo la giusta quantità di supporto. Durante il nostro soggiorno a Conrad Shenyang, il servizio eccezionale ci ha davvero impressionato. Anche se la posizione, le strutture e le splendide viste dell'hotel sono fantastiche, è la cura del personale che ha reso la nostra visita inoltrabile.
Quando mia figlia si e'infettata e ha perso la colazione, Robert, direttore della divisione della camera, ha preso un po'di pane per lei. Il gestore dei servizi ospiti del Front Office ha aiutato a organizzare la medicina e addirittura coordinato con il ristorante per preparare il porridge di millet fuori delle ore regolari.
Grazie in particolare al direttore dei servizi ospiti notturni Tom e al suo team, che hanno lasciato il loro modo di aiutarci con una questione urgente che coinvolge il governo locale. La loro cura ci ha fatto sentire, come cinesi d'oltremare, veramente a casa.
Questa meravigliosa esperienza ha approfondito il nostro amore per la Cina. Siamo molto grati e consigliamo molto Conrad Shenyang a tutti i viaggiatori.

JJoelRecentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Yicheng (Shenyang North Railway Station Subway Station Branch) ed è stato molto impressionato. Questo hotel offre una combinazione perfetta di comodità, comfort e moderne strutture, rendendolo una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori di attività e di svago.
La posizione è invincibile, proprio davanti alla stazione ferroviaria di Shenyang Nord e a pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana, rendendo incredibilmente facile raggiungere la città. Che tu sia arrivato in treno o esplorando Shenyang, la posizione principale dell'hotel garantisce un soggiorno senza stress.
L'hotel è moderno ed elegante, con una zona accogliente e lussuosa che imposta il tono per il resto della proprietà. Mi sono particolarmente piaciuto i controlli vocali attivati per le luci, cortine, AC e TVit aggiunge un toccato di innovazione e comodità che mi hanno reso ancora più piacevole il soggiorno.
Il colazione era un altro punto di attenzione. La diffusione era ampia, offrendo una miscela di opzioni europee e cinesi, tutto fresco e delizioso. Era il modo perfetto per iniziare il giorno, sia che andassi a incontri o esplorando la città.
In generale, l'Hotel Yicheng è una scelta fantastica per chiunque visita Shenyang. La sua posizione conveniente, le moderne strutture e un servizio eccellente lo rendono una scelta di stand-out. Lo consiglio molto e sicuramente rimarrei qui durante il mio prossimo viaggio!

UUtente anonimoFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

Il soggiorno e la partenza sono fatti rapidamente, e la zia della stanza è pulita rapidamente (mangiare colazione e tornare nella stanza, è stato pulito), e il cameriere del ristorante è pulito rapidamente (i piatti sono appena finiti, sono immediatamente puliti).Tutto questo vale la pena. Ma il punto più grande è che l'attrezzatura è troppo vecchia, che può essere tollerata.La cosa più inaccettabile è che l'elettricità è stata spenta due volte, e l'hotel non ha alcuna dichiarazione.La prima volta che ho incontrato, non ha parlato.
