We booked the family room. The service there was really good we arrived when it was raining they found us a room right away. Because of the location it's not easy to find and taxi won't go into the street so they dropped us off at the corner, it's fine on a sunny day but really inconvenient when it's raining and snowing. Housekeeping is really disappointing. We come and go a few times a day they usually come at the most inconvenient time possible.

Located right at the intersection so it makes it quite difficult to book a didi to this spot. They usually stop at least 100m away from the doors. The traffic is also pretty loud, definitely did not get a good rest. The staff do not give a **** if you have the DND sign on, they will call and knock relentlessly to check if you need your room cleaned.
