The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window.
What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:-
1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour.
2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there.
The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

At first sight, we questioned the hotel but once you enter; it was beautiful. The staff although limited due the holiday was so friendly. They even shared their New Year’s Eve dinner with us because they were very concerned that we would not get food. The bed was comfortable and room was very cleaned. I did not get to experience breakfast due to an early flight but I would like to visit this hotel and it branches again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Sono stato soggiornato due volte all'hotel dal 18 maggio 2023. Il primo soggiorno è stato prenotato attraverso trip.com mentre il secondo soggiorno è stato prenotato direttamente attraverso l'hotel.
L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto buona, il parco di banche del fiume è a 5 minuti a piedi e non è male e buono per la mattina o la sera passeggiata.
Le lastre sono molto pulite e comode. 4-6 bottiglia di acqua potabile complimentare sono fornite un giorno
Il personale dell'hotel è molto utile e amichevole. Ho avuto un documento da copiare in un momento della sera quando i negozi sono stati chiusi a causa delle ore tardi. Ho appena passato la zona di ricezione, quindi ho solo chiesto al personale del conto se hanno una macchina di copia. Infatti, non hanno una copiatrice di foto. Sono solo una stampante con funzione di copia. La stampante è installata in una posizione piuttosto bassa e deve scappare per funzionare. Xiao Song, una signora molto amichevole e carina, mi ha aiutato a fare due copie del mio documento mentre aveva bisogno di servire altri clienti al tempo stesso. Pros: come gli altri hotel hampton che abbiamo soggiornato, il buffet del colazione è grande. Cambiano il menu ogni giorno. Il letto e le mutandine sono molto comodi. Gli asciugamani e le lamelle sono puliti.
Cons: lontano dalle attrazioni turistiche.
C'è un sacco di tintura sul telaio intorno al letto, quindi deve essere pulito.

LLyn888I went to Shenyang for some personal business. I booked this hotel because its near the place I have to go. Affordable and good facilities. There are water bottles available in the hallway for convenience. The breakfast is okay for its price. The staff are helpful even if we had to use translator apps. I have trip.com rewards so we can do late check out which is a plus as we were tired and we can rest before our return trip. The only thing I didn’t like is that the air-con is too noisy at night which contributed to bad sleep. Its good for its price.

LLanJiangFrom the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits.
Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

00000000118一直糾結住民宿還是酒店，最後還是覺得酒店更完善一些，安全一些，住下來確實很滿意，整體感覺舒適温暖，酒店裝修風格前沿時尚，很符合我的審美，整體很有設計感，一進酒店映入眼簾的就是大堂的牡丹花牆，非常漂亮，還有房間裏的落地窗很加分，是我最喜歡的地方。玩一天玩累了晚上就看着窗外，泡杯茶剛剛好。浴室的沐浴露味道好好聞！酒店還配有健身房洗衣房，雖然我不用但是可以有。總體體驗非常不錯，配套設施、住宿環境都是數一數二的，首先，酒店很新，所有的床品都很乾凈整潔，其次，對於懶人的我來説，十分方便，電動窗簾、還有智能馬桶。最後，酒店服務超好，熱情好客，尤其前台夢妮臉上總是洋溢着微笑，服務很熱情主動，當然，最最深得我心的還是酒店大堂裝修，太漂亮了，優雅別緻，路過都會有好的心情，還會再來！

Ogni volta che entra e esce un pezzo, non pensare che il parcheggio sia gratuito come la maggior parte degli hotel.E'anche chiaramente indicato che il parcheggio dell'hotel è un prezzo.Questa volta il parcheggio è un po'infelice. Sono uscito direttamente dall'albergo con un elicottero al parcheggio sotterraneo e ho chiesto di pagare 40 yuan per il parcheggio (non ho guidato fuori dal lavoro, ho messo molto tempo), non posso tornare indietro e lasciare l'auto e andare al corridoio. Più tardi, il costo mi è stato rimborsato, ma penso che l'hotel dovrebbe comunicare bene con gli ospiti e risolvere il problema.

A little awkward to walk to and from. No sign or pedestrian lane, just common sense. About 8 minutes walk.
It did not seem that reception spoke any English but all were polite and we managed. I departed too early for their breakfast, so can't comment on that.
Somewhat better facility than the other airport hotel. You'll need to pull the blackout curtains, however to sleep. Disappointingly hard bed, and a strong smoke smell, but one is accustomed to that. I don't think much can be done.
