The hotel location is convenient to Zhongjie, a little bit away from the noise. I like the breakfast options. They cook wonton soup, noodles immediately after you order. They also offer some Northeast special dishes, ie sour pickle and pork with soup, donut stick, really great.

The hotel room is quite satisfactory, which can help to delay the check-out for free. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, the service attitude is super good, the sanitation is very clean, the environment is particularly good, the geographical location is superior, the traffic is convenient, it is very convenient to go anywhere, especially good, it is recommended, the floor is very high, the landscape is very good, the sanitation is good, and the sound insulation is good.

I luv China ！ I luv Shenyang！ I'm grateful for China's 144-hour visa-free policy for foreigners, which gave me the opportunity to visit Shenyang！ This is my first time traveling to Shenyang. When I checked into the hotel, I was taken care of by the front desk receptionist, Wei Liu. She was very professional and wonderful. She introduced me to many of the hotel's facilities and gave me a map, telling me where to go sightseeing and where to find local specialties. She also enthusiastically introduced me to some local customs and cultural traditions, which gave me a deeper understanding of this city. Through her description, I felt as if I were already at those beautiful scenic spots, tasting the delicious local food, and experiencing the unique charm of this city. Her introduction was vivid and interesting, full of love and pride for her hometown, making me look forward to the rest of my journey with great anticipation. Although her English was not very good, she was very patient in helping me. During my stay at the hotel, the Super Bowl was about to start. I love Lamar, but unfortunately, the hotel's Wi-Fi didn't allow me to watch it. Wei Liu also wanted to help me, but unfortunately, she couldn't. When I left the hotel, I went to the front desk again to express my most sincere gratitude to that staff member. Her warm service and professional attitude left me with a very deep and positive impression of this hotel. Then we wanted to visit Dongling. Liu Wei helped me contact a driver and also communicated with the driver for me, ensuring that I arrived at my destination smoothly. Thank you, Wei Liu，for your warm assistance！

Location: If you want to stay in a reasonably priced, brand-name, chain hotel close to the palace, right next to a subway station, or if you feel young and want to be in the middle of the big city action with bright lights, crowd, food joints, shoppings galore and all, this hotel is a great choice. Perhaps these are why hotel seems to attract a lot of customers (many group bookings). Room's big, quiet, and comfortable with city skyline (and palatial grounds) view and comes with expected amenities and features. (The big screen TV has many selections, even CGTN English news and documentary channels^) Staff: Fantastic and motivated, all working as efficiently as possible, given constraints posed by the constantly heavy customer traffic and turnover rate, and eager to accommodate customers' needs. Special mention goes to Mr. Kevin Lee, Mr. Kang and others at the reception for their proactive hotelier courtesy, rising above language barrier, and their patience dealing with all types of customers. Excellent breakfast in quality, variety and taste - better than those in most other chain hotels in China. Lastly, I've read the reviews on this hotel before coming to stay. There now are 3 elevators serving all floors, and, yes, breakfast still tends to be congested. But, just remember that this is an ageing, busy, hotel attracting a lot of customers (of various educational levels and manners) at the heart of the most popular tourist center, not a luxury resort that comes with commensurate premium in price. Best bang for the buck, if the described hotel conditions are right for you!

Abbiamo esteso il nostro soggiorno 3-night a causa dell'eccellente posizione dell'hotel. La receptionista Ms. Kivi (Gold Red) ha dimostrato eccezionali competenze di servizio clienti, mostrando il suo professionalismo. Come primo punto di contatto, il contatto della ricezione imposta il tono per l'esperienza di un ospite, e la signora Kivi ha fatto davvero una grande impressione.

Good location. MRT is a minute walk away from the hotel. Walk straight for multiple malls and main attractions. It's within 1-10 minutes walk soyou don't even have the walk or take any public transport. The washing machine and dryer is free to use and there's a small gym for use and the staff provided a souvenir at the end of the day. Unfortunately, there's no fridge in the hotel and hence we had to deposit our drinks in their main kitchen fridge. Cleanliness wise, this is not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in China. There's mould growing in the toilet, towels were not replaced daily and the room was not cleaned throughout our stay.

剛開業的新酒店，離我們要去的兩個景點都很近，徒步過去大約15分鐘。我們去了少帥府和故宮博物院。酒店附近吃的東西很多。唯一不足的就是停車場比較小，但有保安師傅為你挪車很方便，衹需把鑰匙交到總枱。
