地下鉄の陵東街駅から徒歩3分くらいの好立地です。周辺は学校や幼稚園が集まっている地域のようで治安の良さを感じます。
スタッフはフレンドリーです。英語は話せませんがなんとかなります。
部屋のエアコンはよく冷えます。夏に訪問しました。
シャワーは熱湯の蛇口と冷水の蛇口を調節して混ぜ合わせる古いタイプのもので、水圧も弱かったですが、洗髪洗体には問題ありません。

如果你對環境要求不高，對付住一晚沒啥毛病，因為去遼中醫，選個位置好找經濟實惠的地方，空間不大，空調熱水都有，樓下有飯店，就餐挺方便。

真的不敢相信沒有空調，這麼多年第一次住到沒有空調的酒店，想升房也沒辦法升，應該明確標註上吧沒有空調，這樣我也不會定了。

五一出遊，被別家老闆臨時加價，後來定到了鑫源，房間乾淨整潔還有窗，離北站還不遠，推薦給出差出遊的小夥伴

房間特別差，不追求獵奇不要嘗試（本人就是），但是價格也確實很便宜，如果衹有這個錢的話選這個是可以的，各取所需吧（ง •̀_•́）ง

非常不錯 房間特別乾淨 老闆娘服務態度也很好 人特別多 都爆滿哦 然後攜程上竟然還有房間 非常的不錯 主要是洗澡水真的是太臟了 比四星級五星級的酒店的水都要猛本來五一就是要出來玩的 睡覺衹是臨時睡那麼幾個小時 真的太好了 下次還選擇這樣的酒店 便宜 衞生 離市中心還不遠 嘎嘎好
