Ambiente: è un piccolo hotel pub giardino. È sorprendente che tu possa avere una tazza di birra qui dopo la doccia.Ho sentito che è il cibo quando ti sei trasferito mercoledì o domenica.Molte persone beveranno qui, giocare qui anche ********* se ti piace. molto bello

Come cinese, potrebbe non essere abituato all'inizio, perché l'atmosfera qui è molto buona. Vivere qui può godere della cultura locale del bar 😂 nel giardino mi sorprende. Quando entravo, molte persone bevono birra da entrambi i lati come se non fosse un hotel qui. In pratica, i locali saranno qui per bere il vino e per scontato. Puoi anche provare. Se vuoi conoscere la vita qui, ma molte persone qui potrebbero essere un po'scioccate mercoledì e domenica, e altri tempi sono molto tranquilli."

"I wouldn't consider this a good stay, as I encountered several issues. First, the check-in process was a hassle since this hotel doesn't have a front desk. I spent hours calling the hotel, facing either ”Line busy” or no response after a long wait. If it wasn’t for Trip.com's customer service finally connecting with the hotel, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Second, the wooden door in my room was difficult to close; it required a hard push and made a loud ”bang.” The glass sliding door of the shower room was also problematic, it fell out on my first pull, and I'm certainly not strong enough to break a door with just one pull. Lastly, and most frustratingly, was the toilet paper situation. It was my first time encountering a toilet without a single roll of paper. I can't imagine what I would be if I hadn't brought my own in my bag that day. On a positive note, the room was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, heater, toaster, and even an iron, which suggests the hotel might have been quite good when the things are all good a few years ago, but not now."

UUtente ospiteFast, easy and very pleasant check in and out. Kept our bags in storage room for a full day on day of check out as our train wasn’t due to leave until 8:00pm.
Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options.
Bar food was lovely and reasonably priced.
Overall very happy with our stay.

UUtente ospiteGood stay really helpful staff inside, nice walk around the campus village, room was clean decent size and basic items, no kettle in the room but we noticed a kitchen on floor 1 so unsure if you can use that if you require longer stays, overall really good and friendly service offered a pastry and coffee in the morning, coffee was basic but you can order a speciality coffee at reception/cafe if you like.

Hotel was pleasant enough for what it was. Comfortable bed and warm room. The shower wasn’t very hot but acceptable.
Breakfast was good but I thought £15 per night for car park a bit steep. Being next to the Sheffield United football ground I could understand the need to ration parking but this wasn’t a match day and there is not much close to attract drivers who might use the parking available.

UUtente ospiteThe room was very small, with a double bed in a single room, there was no where to sit, other than on the bed, there was nowhere to put my luggage and there was no window.
At night it was very hot, i could not alter the temperature of the room and had a terrible nights sleep of about 2 hours.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and i decided not to stay for my second night. so cut my trip short and went home.

OOpal HuiSono Benny Mok (il nome del registro è WAI-FU MOK), ci sono trascorso tre giorni a Room 211 da 31/7/2022 a 2/8/2022 in estate & ho trovato che tutte le strutture dell'hotel erano fantastiche e sono molto soddisfatto. L'unica carenza era che il suono strano era lungo quando si spruzzava nel bagno.Potrebbero esserci alcuni problemi nel tubo di vasca da bagno.
In caso contrario, consiglio fortemente questo hotel cuz tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel ARE SUPER AMBIENTE, benvenuto, gioioso, cura, comprese le signore di custodia!
Infine, il receptionista ~KARRA RIPPON. karra era il più paziente, utile, amichevole, dedicato, amorevole, pensante e cura personale intorno all'interno e non c'è dubbio! Lei potrebbe condividere questo messaggio ispirante con questo eccellente ricevitore e dirle che il messaggio ispirante è stato da una famiglia di immigrati di Hong Kong?

UUtente ospiteWe were issued keys that failed to open the door forcing us to make our way back to the front office. Our room, by the way was last on a long corridor on the upper floor of an extended wing if you can picture that. We booked (and paid for) a room for three but upon entering, the extra bed was not made up. Tried to call every number on the house phone but none was answered which meant another long walk to the front office, again.
When we found the drain in the shower clogged I was hesitant to complaint to avoid further disappointment but I did anyhow and true enough - nothing was done.
I must admit the hotel had one of the widest selection of tea and coffee (and chocolate drink mix) I've seen in a hotel room. I appreciated the coffee but unfortunately, restocking was only done once throughout our 4 night stay. I wonder if this was to be expected.
Double Tree is a respectable brand (at least in my part of the world) but I don't understand what could have gone so wrong with this one.

WWeiNice and clean big room for a couple. In particular, I found the bedsheets, toilet and carpet nice and clean. Good central location. It was also the first time in my many travels I found a heated towel rail in the shower room/toilet that actually worked, meaning for the days we stayed there our towels stayed dry.
Lots of parking spaces at the front and back of the building at £9 per day. I also quite liked the traditional building style, including stairs inside - definitely different from many cheap modern hotel buildings relying on cheap lifts.
Finally, the receptionists at the reception were all excellent - professional and friendly and very helpful in meeting our needs, such as providing extra tea bags and milk and information on walking around the area.
Happy to recommend and stay there again.

JJohn SalinskyIl personale dell'hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile, il primo giorno del nostro soggiorno (giorno di Natale) ci sono state feste e abbiamo dovuto salire diverse scale per raggiungere il buffet per colazione. Tutto era un po' difficile da trovare, ma il cibo era buono quando era disponibile. Le vaste aree erano un'attrazione aggiuntiva, come gli enormi alberi del giardino spazioso.
Il giorno di Natale, molti uomini guardavano le varie partite, ma l’ultimo giorno c’era solo un povero, sfortunato assistente, che si è impegnato a fare il suo meglio, ma non poteva tenere il buffet completamente rinfrescato. Il Presidente ha dovuto farlo, come pure le tavole di compensazione, eccetera, e ritenevamo che la mancanza di altri agenti di attesa fosse dovuta alla mancanza di personale dell'Unione europea.
Le strutture della camera da letto hanno bisogno di riparazioni che non erano state attuate, in particolare il nodo di controllo del radiatore centrale era caduto e non poteva essere sostituito. Il radiatore era notte e giorno e fece anche un rumore irritante per la maggior parte della notte.
Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nell'hotel dal 24 al 27 dicembre 2023.
In sintesi, pensavamo che l'hotel potesse essere ripristinato alla sua splendore originale, ma avrebbe bisogno di un investimento sostanziale per migliorare il suo standard.
L'hotel una volta magnifico sembrava purtroppo trascurato a causa della mancanza di investimenti.
Altrimenti la stanza era soddisfacente, ma il sonno era difficile finché non ci siamo abituati al rumore di notte.
In sintesi, ritenevamo che l'hotel avesse bisogno di un sacco di soldi per migliorare le strutture e rendere dure ci fosse abbastanza personale.
