Hotel con colazione inclusa a Sheffield

Penso che il lato inferiore sia il layout e la configurazione del sistema di piombo che drenano acqua dopo una doccia, che fa l'inondazione tutta la camera da bagno/toilet direttamente nella camera da letto e potrei rilevare alcuni danni acqua sulle pareti e sui tavoli di scarico. In generale, il soggiorno è stato buono se solo la questione sollevata poteva essere risolta

La camera e la posizione sono relativamente buone. È considerato un hotel di fascia alta a Sheffield, ma non può essere paragonato agli hotel nazionali. Non ci sono pantofole. L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente nel centro della città.

From the start, communication was great. So helpful being told about the car parks nearby and thank you for the discount code! Great location, right in the centre. 3 minutes from the car park was a great help in the rain too. Room is massive, so clean and everything you need. Plus extra tea and milk when needed, thank you. Staff are absolutely amazing. Quick and easy check in and out and thank you so much for fitting us in for breakfast too! Much appreciated. Sorry I can’t remember names, but reception staff and the lady in the restaurant were so helpful and accommodating. Great stay, will definitely stay again. Sadly didn’t have time to use the Spa, next time!

Had a fantastic stay for a birthday treat. My self and my friend stayed in a mezzanine suite and it was perfect!! We were greeted by Ella at reception, she was really friendly and helpful. After checking in we nipped to the bar for a quick drink before going out for our meal and the team member on the bar (sorry I didn't get his name) was again really friendly. The room was clean and spacious! The location of the hotel is fantastic.But the main thing for me was the customer service. Each team member we encountered was polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back soon!!

A very friendly welcome from the staff on reception, very efficient check in. The hotel is in a pretty good location for exploring central Sheffield. Rooms are basic and the hotel a little dated but that is expected at this price point. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

L'Hotel Rutland si trova a buon punto presso l'Università di Sheffield, ma le camere singole non sono le migliori, ma sono molto belle con un senso tradizionale. Tuttavia, entrambe le camere sono nuovamente decorate, così le camere e le bagni sono molto belle. Il colazione è buona come si preparano per ordinare uova, marroni di hash, funghi e pomodori. In generale mi piace e pianificare di rimanere di nuovo.

Non scrivo spesso recensioni, ma mi sentivo obbligato a seguire una così brillante esperienza. Mi sono fermato qui per quattro notti quando frequentavo un corso di formazione del lavoro. Alcuni dei membri del personale erano così amichevoli e utili e non potevano fare abbastanza per voi. Debbie, James e Harry, che sono un credito all’hotel, mi hanno fatto sentire comodo quando viaggiavo in un momento così difficile. Mi sono fermato durante la seconda chiusura e era davvero un piacere. Il cibo era delizioso, l'hotel era facile da trovare e la mia stanza era bella e pulita. Ci sono già decorazioni di Natale, che mi hanno fatto davvero felice! Grazie per tutto, riporterò la mia famiglia quando il mondo è un posto più sicuro.

When I arrived at this hotel the 2 staff behind the counter were having an important discussion but politely acknowledged me saying they wouldn't be a moment. However check in was not until 3pm but they let me leave my luggage in their storage area so I could go for a wander in the city. When I returned I was checked in promptly by the gentleman behind the desk and found I had a room on the top floor. However one minor mishap that happened was when I entered my room, a really bad odour hit my nose and then I noticed a wet patch on the carpet. I went back to the reception to report and the young lady (who had long black hair and wore glasses) was very efficient in coming up with me so I could show her in person what the problem was. She did sincerely apologise and thankfully there was an engineer in the building who would promptly get on with fixing it. As for me I got moved to another room and I completely forgot to ask for a desk fan as it was a warm day. So I went back down to reception and asked the same young lady for it who was extremely helpful in getting one organised for me. I even thanked her and complimented her helpfulness There is a good chance I will visit Sheffield again in the future, but if I do I will certainly stay here at this hotel because of how well organised the staff are when it comes to doing their job in keeping customers happy.

Quindi, dopo aver letto altre recensioni, ero un po' incerto di cosa aspettarmi dopo aver prenotato questo hotel per essere onesti, ma ci siamo piacevolmente sorpresi. Abbiamo una camera doppia sul 7° piano che era molto accogliente, molto comodo letto di dimensioni re, pulito e tempestivo con tutto ciò che aveva bisogno (tovaglioli, caldaia, ferro, asciugacapelli) grande bagno che aveva bisogno di un po 'di TLC ma era ancora pulito e tempestivo. Admettendo che il decollo era il colazione che era incluso nella prenotazione, questo richiede un po' di attenzione, perché la qualità alimentare non è grande e defo deve essere più caldo con qualche scelta, ma tutto in tutto, ha fatto il lavoro. L'ultima volta che ci siamo trasferiti a Sheffield abbiamo trovato un altro hotel con camere come i capelli di coniglio e senza finestre, e questo hotel era meglio e resterà qui per un fine settimana quando siamo a Sheffield
