The area is nice. There is only one waffle maker get up early so you can get one if it is a busy weekend. There is not enough hot water also.

We liked the location be ause it was close to 435 and the multiple pillows and the breakfast was very nice.

Every staff member was very friendly and welcoming! The pool was nice and warm the slide was fun! The price was affordable! There was a variety of food for breakfast! I have no complaints about my stay!

Stayed one night with my family, rooms were clean, kids enjoyed the pool. Ryan at the front desk was awesome. He was super friendly and helpful

The pool area was full of mold. When I got into the shower there was no hot water.

The staff here, literally all of them were over the top above and beyond amazing from check in to check out! I have never stayed anywhere more accommodating and kind.

Rude staff at check in, dirty hallways, elevator not working (we weren't informed of this until after we had checked in and provided payment info), and the bed was as hard as a rock.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not until after we checked in did they inform us that they hadn’t had water all day… But it would be turned on in 30 minutes. As promised it came on, but then didn’t take long for it to go off again. There was no water until the early morning hours on the next day. Sporadically throughout the day the water would shut off and come back on again. When you would call the front desk they would say oh it’s going to be 20 minutes to come back on… Then two hours later you call and it said I was just gonna be another 30 minutes. We had an event to go to, and we ended up not being able to take showers Because there was no water. When we got back home late evening, there was still no water. Once again called down and complained. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving in the middle of the night because we were so irritated with this whole experience…I called when we got back home from our trip to speak with the hotel informing them I would like my money back since it was a horrible experience, and they did not hold up to their end of the contract by giving us the normal amenities that you would expect at a hotel. The guy at the front hung up on me! Unbelievable! I ended up having to call the corporate office-they were nice to get my money back.
Not to mention the fact the bathrooms were gross there was mouse crap under the sink-Overall, just by the looks of the room they don’t clean much!
Save yourself, the headache, Spend a little bit more & stay elsewhere!
