We have a great kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, new pots & pans, crock pot and many other kitchen essentials. Wifi and DISH Network TV throughout the home! We also have a large bonus room perfect for kids of all ages featuring toys, games, TV with Cable or DVDs and a foosball table. If you have little ones we do have a pack n play, crib sheets and a high chair. The back deck is perfect for a Spring/Summer BBQ or a relaxing evening under the stars. The front deck is gated off which is great for younger little ones. We are extremely lucky that our neighborhood was saved from the fires so we are surrounded by beautiful lush trees. Bring your bikes and scooters to enjoy the neighborhood or your hiking boots to take a stroll on the nature trail at the end of the street steps from the house. Room 1: MASTER bedroom featuring a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. **Note that the Master bedroom connects to the Game/Bonus room with sliding glass doors. These can be shut and locked for privacy or kept open if you have little ones sleeping in the game room and would rather keep the doorway open. Great for families! Room 2: Queen size bed and large walk in closet. Room 3: Bunk Beds (1 twin over 1 Full) and a separate Twin with walk in closet. Bonus Room: Opens with french doors to the Living room and Sliding Glass doors to the outside deck as well as sliding glass doors to the Master Bedroom. All can be shut and locked with curtains for privacy and sleeping. Bonus room features two couches that pull out to comfortable queen size beds. It also had it's own TV and DVD player and is connected to Dish cable as well.
