It has been updated for 2021 with new interior paint, new carpet in all rooms, 65 inch smart TV’s in every bedroom upstairs, family room, and the game room has been updated with an 82 inch smart TV with surround sound to create a movie theatre for all. There is also a new slate 7-foot pool table in the game room. In addition, a wall heater was added in the game room with an electric fireplace under the 82-inch TV. There are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in garage to support large groups. The water heater was replaced with a tank less water heater, so there is no need to “split” shower times with large groups.
