This was our second stay at this property and will be our last. Although the property was clean and comfortable, the indoor pool was freezing. We have two young children and were staying in Cincinnati in December. We specifically chose a hotel in this location with an indoor pool for our children. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told the heater was broken. Even the air in the pool room was freezing and the lights were off. They clearly did not expect anyone to use that pool.
Additionally, the shower handle did not work properly. You could only get hot water with handle in one spot.
We booked this as non-refundable room two months in advance. We checked in and then promptly visited a local attraction, arriving back at the hotel after 11. We did not discover the pool temperature or shower handle problems until after breakfast the next morning or we would have considered going to another hotel in the vicinity.
If you just need a clean place to sleep, this hotel would be good. If you're traveling with kids and need something to pass the time, I would look elsewhere.

I picked a 1 star , no option for NO stars. As shown in pictures bed had stains on it. Shower had mold growing. Has not yet to refund our money . Another couple told us as we were leaving they had switched rooms 3 times due to room door not locked and nasty .

Staff was so rude and did not accommodate little things like an extra blanket without trying to “make a point”.

Checked in a bed begs (photo proof). Got moved to a room that smelled of mold and cat pee. Was told no more moves can be made because all the rooms are taken. Was told I couldn’t cancel because I was already checked in. Room was falling apart. Bathroom shower rod was broken to the point that the curtain was want to slide to the middle of the rod every time.

I specifically asked for handicapped accommodations. The room was on the third floor. The bed was high requiring a step stool to stand on to get in and out of the bed. There was a bathtub with a shower. There was no way to safely shower my handicapped mother safely. There were no anti slip grips in the bathtub. My friend slipped and hit her head in the bathtub. Very unsafe for able bodied individuals. This was not a handicapped person’s room.

Stayed one night. No smoke detector in room! Two separate lamps with no bulbs at all so very dim lighting. The bathroom door jammed and didn't want to close. Stains all over the carpet. Bathroom ceiling was peeling and had a gap by exhaust. The only electric plugs were in the lamp base and one by the door, so hard to charge devices. Family said breakfast was okay though. This place was a bit dumpy. Needs attention.

Front desk was super kind a friendly but condition of room was very disappointing. When we arrived they said they only had a room on first floor. Window in room had fingerprints all over it, bathroom floor was dirty, toilet had black gunk in it under the rim and bathtub had rust spot and wasn’t clean. Bed was comfortable so slept good once able to calm down from condition of the room. If rooms could be deep cleaned this would be a decent place to stay as they have a kind front desk and breakfast crew.

Although the management tried very hard to accommodate their customers, the motel itself was just outdated and falling apart. I had a horrible, too soft mattress, which the management changed for another one the next day. The next mattress wasn't much better and had seen better days. The TV channels I wanted to watch were only on at certain times of the day. While I was there, the elevator got stuck with two customers in it. Then I overheard the county water depar**ent representative tell the management that the water hadn't been tested for two years. It seemed like the owners just couldn't get a break although I know they were trying. I would not go back.
