Bella struttura, ben organizzata. Piu piscine e accesso al mare. Piu bar e ristoranti dispobinili. Camere pulite. Una menzione particolare all'Animazione top grazie a Darlin, Ira, Darya e Ahmed, che hanno reso la vacanza piacevole e allegra. Consigliato!

Tutto bellissimo. Lo consiglio. Sopratutto la premura e l'attenzione di mahmoud che ogni giorno ci coccolava con le sue pulizie e attenzioni non ci ha fatto mancare niente e anche il personale del ristorante è perfetto. Siamo stati in stanza 5240

Un consiglio? Non andateci. Se avessi letto una recensione così sicuramente avrei cambiato idea. 1- Partiamo dal fatto che ogni giorno ti separa 1 km dalla camera alla spiaggia se cammini velocemente sono 10 min a piedi sotto il sole cocente a passo normale 15min (si perchè non c’è neanche un percorso all’ombra) per arrivare alla spiaggia la strada da fare è tra salite discese scalini e percorsi ad ostacoli. Quindi se decidi di andare al mare preparati ad effettuare 1 km per andare, 1km per tornare al ristorante a pranzo e 1km per tornare di nuovo alla spiaggia. Il nostro telefono segnava dai 10 al 15km al giorno effettuati, non so voi ma io quando vado in vacanza vorrei tutte le comodità di questo mondo. 2- vuoi fare snorkeling? Scordatelo. La spiaggia dell’hotel ha un mare con una profondità massima dal polpaccio alla caviglia e questo per almeno 500mt , allora decidi di andare al pontile. Pontile chiuso da anni così ti offrono di accompagnarti tramite golf cart al pontile del resort accanto: bene una volta arrivati non vi daranno il giubbotto di salvataggio perchè non alloggiate nel loro resort. Quindi per loro puoi anche avere un malore o la qualsiasi ma il giubbotto non te lo meriti 3- il ristorante la Fattoria è qualcosa di osceno: cibo ben sotto la media, crudo oppure bruciato e ovviamente ri-ri-riciclato. Il ristorante è sporco i tavoli sono sempre da sparecchiare e devi rincorrere i camerieri per fartelo preparare 4- se vuoi andare nel ristorante solo adulti non puoi. Perchè non alloggi al Beach , noi ci siamo andate una sera ed è tutt’altra storia. 5- il personale in reception ti deride con altri colleghi nella propria lingua mentre sei li a fare lecite domande 6- la camera era molto sporca pur avendo lasciato una mancia a chi se ne occupava, piena di polvere mai pulita decentemente . Scordatevi di avere la camera pronta dopo pranzo o prima . Le camere verranno pulite intorno alle ore 18/19 Unica nota positiva gli asciugamani del bagno e della spiaggia venivano regolarmente cambiati

The experience at Jaz Mirabel park was very good, the food was fantastic the service was excellent ,except the availability of the rooms was not as we reserved. In globale the experience was great specially for couples and families i recommend it

We had a fantastic 2 weeks, such a lovely hotel. We stayed at the park. Take American dollars for tipping. (you don't need to tip everyone just those who make your holiday special) Take extra hangers. Plug adaptors. Plenty of sunscreen You do not need beach towels has they are provided fresh everyday. Dinner queue can be quite long but they do go down pretty quickly. The locals seem to want to jump the queues but a few words to them usually work We had a 14 night stay at Jez Merabel Park and it was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and go out their way to make sure you have a great time. We went with TUI and their representatives were great, very helpful and informative, making sure that you were enjoying yourself. From the Chefs, waiters, life guards to the cleaners everyone were so friendly. The food was good and had a lot of choices. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were comfortable. The entertainment was very good and there was a lot of it, from Pool parties, Aqua Arobic's, Karaoke, Beach parties and Darts by the Pool there is something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Perfect place for holidays in Egypt. We spend almost two weeks in this hotel, we really enjoyed it! Hotel is big, with beautiful view and nice and clean rooms. The food in restaurants is really nice comparing to other hotels we were staying before. Definitely you will not be bored, there is a lot of activities and the animation team is really good. Especially big thanks to Darlin for taking care of us and not let us bored for the whole time we were there, he’s very active, funny and hardworking. And thanks to the other guys from animation team, we had so much fun! We will miss this place, sun and everyone who’s made our holidays so unforgettable!

We had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Mirabel Club and were able to access the facilities of three hotels, including Jaz Mirabel Beach (though for meals, we dined at our own hotel). The food was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the drinks, which were well-prepared, and the entertainment provided was fun and engaging. Lots of things to do for young people and families. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Hi everyone I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel for their professionalism, attention to customers, kindness and tact.
My mother and I came to Egypt for the first time and, to be honest, the mood was skeptical because we read a variety of reviews where people expressed different opinions and they were not always good. Starting from the day of arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised that we were placed before 14.00 in the room. Throughout the rest, all employees were very attentive and each of them was ready to help in any situation, showing professionalism in their work. For the cleanliness in our room, we are grateful to the young man who delighted us daily with masterpieces of towels and flowers that decorated the bed. As for the restaurant and the cuisine in general, this is probably something that requires special attention! All the food is very tasty and very diverse, the staff is very polite and attentive always. Many thanks to the chefs who tried to make us enjoy every meal. Thank you to the confectioners for the delicious, varied and non-repeating desserts! Many thanks to the waiters, bartenders and managers of the restaurant and bars for creating coziness and comfort. Jaz Mirabel Beach is comfort, coziness, excellent cuisine, but most importantly a wonderful team of employees.
