Poco personale anche se disponibile ma troppe cose che non sono andate bene. Pulizia superficiale, stanza allagata a causa di una perdita del condizionatore. L'esterno curatissimo . Vicino a naama bay. Cibo nella media

Esterno molto bello, ristorante con buffet molto ampio, il personale parla sia inglese che italiano e sono molto disponibili. La spiaggia è vicina al resort e ci sono ombrelloni e sdraio. La polizia è un po’ carente

they are thief's supporting by Booking .com because i book through the booking .com with the phone number in the website (***********) and they scam me and took the money from me and when i cancelled i didn't get my money back and when i called booking they will not help you at all until you give up ,, take care anyone to book in advanced from booking or from this hotel specially. they are thief's and scammers with booking .com

I book for month ago and because of the situation now in the area so I cancelled the trip to there and when I want my money back they told me I have to wait 2 weeks now I passed the period they say znd the Mobil which I booked from booking is close and no reply so take care and don't pay in advance for any reason Nd I will go to make a case against them

Great Hotel with great staff and the quality of the rooms is very good and most importantly excellent animation team, very friendly and funny and fun team, i would come back here just to join them one more time.

Сначала показалось, что очень далеко, т.к.ресепшен и вся главная инфраструктура находится на тер-рии Sharm Dreams, на карте изображено всё как одна территория и vacation и dreams и аквапарк cleo. В этот отель идти надо через дорогу от Dreams, потому что вся жизнь сосредоточена там. Еда отличная, пляж- изумительный, молодой кучерявый аниматор просто любовь всей жизни! Номера на 4, пыль под столом не вытиралась наверное очень долго. Wi-fi только на территории dreams. В комнате есть роутер, можно было купить инет, но мы купили симку и поэтому забили на это. Бесплатный аквапарк, одна горка вообще огонь! Единственный минус, и возможно к отелю это не имеет значения, а только к туроператору… вечером перед отъездом не было книги отъезда, когда спросили о трансфере в аэропорт, сказали звонить гиду… ?!?! Ну гид что-то ответил невнятное (никогда не ведитесь и не доверяйте им, их задача - продать вам больше и дороже разных экскурсий) в итоге прождали 2 часа …ный трансфер так и не приехал, поехали на такси. С ресепшена нас утешалии говорили, что компания про нас не забудет, но в итоге им верить нельзя, иначе можно опоздать на самолет и это будут только ваши проблемы, кстати тур оператор интурист, который не вызывал доверия, а сейчас и подавно. Еду с собой собрали и выдали при check out. В общем все понравилось, особенно пляж, где есть и песок и кораллы. Но второй раз туда бы не поехали, хотелось бы большей внимательности к гостям из персонала на респшене и содействия в решении сложившихся вопросов. (опять-таки про отъезд)

EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPUL STAFF WHO WERE HAPPY TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. IF YOU HAD ANY PROBLEMS THE EXCELLENT ZAHIA NASIR ON GUEST RELATIONS WAS THE GO TO PERSON. APARTMENT WAS FINE BUT A PARTIAL KITCHEN WAS ONLY A MICROWAVE, TOASTER AND KETTLE AND FRIDGE. PLENTY OF WATER WAS LEFT TO LAST THE VISIT. AIR CONDITIONING WAS VERY GOOD . THE ALL INCLUSIVE WAS AVERAGE, BUT DO TRY THE FOOD THAT WAS GRILLED OUTSIDE,that was really tasty. Be prepared for other guests not queing for the food, often rude and aggressive. Staff did not really deal with this. plenty of excursions available from Limo Taxis near reception but found these a bit expensive and had inexperienced young guides which made it difficult. Try L'aube Voyage in Naama Bay. If you wanted to eat out, try Al Fresco or Pirates Bar One of the best trips out if staying around Sharm is the quad bike, camel riding and bedouin meal

Avoid at every cost!!!! Terrible hotel and terrible service! Really really bad. Disgusting rooms, poor service, dirty lobby, filthy toilets and food hall was in the lobby which was a shambles! Slop for food and no customer service. Really bad experience my little one started to throw up as we entered! Didnt even take bags to room and changed our hotel immediately! Was so bad the guest relations helped us to find a new hotel! Do not book this place especially if from the uk!

Отдыхала в феврале с подругой. Впечатление про отдых остались разные. Отель на 3 ку. Номера обычные, это не столь важно. Пляж не понравился. В следующий раз будем выбирать другую бухту. Но для тех, кто плохо плавает, то что нужно. Удобно, что отель в центре. Питание мне не понравилось, фруктов мало, еда не вкусная. Но опять же кому как. Покушать что можно набрать, но удовольствия от еды я не получила. ⠀ Анимация на уровне ниже среднего. Стараются ребята, но слабо. Зарядку видела, вечерняя кака то анимация есть. Ездили с ними на диско. Плохое впечатление оставил парень Хелид. Постоянно какой то развод, коктейли за космические деньги, покурить, погулять. Я первый раз замечаю что бы аниматор предлагал провести досуг, или это часть работы… дальше тусили сами, так как не приятно было общество аниматор после нескольких ситуаций. ⠀ Не рекомендую! В Шарме есть достали интересных отелей. Не вернусь больше это точно.
