It’s very bad hotel and you should remove this hotel from trip list because you help them cheating people
It’s not 4 star hotel even not 1 star

I want to recommand this hotel.which is near to Dubai.
It has a clean room. friendly staffs.
I stayed here for around 10days since late July, 2022.
It was my second experince of staying. Good.

到了發現酒店沒開 因為證件問題 但是酒店並沒提前通知攜程 導致我們浪費了很多時間在臨時找酒店上

Room was spacious and clean. Thats about the only positives I can say. I arrived early for my check in and I fully understand that they would not be able to check me in immediately. I requested to drop off my luggage first while i explored and grabbed a bite to eat. I reiterated to them that i had valuables in the bag and to kindly keep it safe. When I came back and went to use the toilet, I saw my bags deposited in the walkway leading to the toilets. Just lying in the open for anyone making use of the common toilets to make a grab for it. I interacted with 3 receptionists during my time there and they ranged from somewhat decent to indifferent and rude. Location was also confusing to most taxi drivers.
