I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. When my booking time ended, the staff’s behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Rather than approaching the situation with courtesy and understanding, they were rude and made us feel unwelcome. I believe that all guests deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the circumstances, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. As a result, I cannot recommend your hotel to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the conduct of your staff.

Hotel good

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharjah CC

There was flies and cockroaches in the room as we entered.

Не очень то советую ехать в этот отель, прокурено было всё на этаже и грязно в номере . Пусть лучше убирать научаться , тогда и поедем ещё.

Отель за разумную цену для не претендующих на отель класса 5* по цене 3*. Для трешки всё норм

Это худший отель в котором мне когда либо приходилось останавливаться. Грязное постельное бельё с волосами, везде плесень, грязные номера, все старое и убитое. Фото не соответствует действительности! Ни кому не рекомендую!

性價比還是可以的。杜拜附近的住宿價格太高了，這家是唯一可以好好休息一下價格不高的酒店。設施和物品配套非常簡單。

相當一般，服務慵懶，不催着打掃房間根本不帶動的！

缺點：酒店老舊、衞生差、停車場不方便進出 優點：行政套房很大、性價比高
