能感受到這是一個正在努力且想做好的團隊，學習了很多，但是不足夠專業。比如提供了凈手和酸梅湯（但不是自己熬的，應該是飲料），有管家提前聯繫，如果價格不是這麼高，我可能會降低評判標準，但是如果要收五星級酒店的價格，那希望還得更專業一點。第一個入住房間，裝修好的時間很短，還有刺鼻的味道，眼淚一下子出來了，應該是不適合入住的，或者需要在網上標明新裝修的時間。由客户選擇。服務人員馬上給調整到了新的套房，並表示已經是最貴的套房，其實如果不是因為太晚了，我還是不願意入住，因為設施維護的並不太好，地毯不乾淨，馬桶墊是歪的，電視機也是歪的，沙發上有污漬，洗臉的時候還有蟑螂跑出來，讓我連澡都不想洗了。當然，自然環境好的地方有昆蟲我也可以理解，但是蟑螂算比較特別的。客廳的洗手盆，是黃色的。早餐其實有用心了，一人一份，還有一些公共配菜，不多，但足以。所以衞生和客房內設施維護是需要提升的。表揚一下自然環境，維護的挺好。露台對面一片綠意。縱使住的不舒服，我也很少發表評論，但這裡是因為我看到了各種努力，且從收費看，這個團隊應該是對自己有要求的團隊。希望你們以後越來越好。

First time staying at this hotel. There is an open air mall/restaurant complex next to the hotel which is very convenient, with a 24 hour little supermarket. Room itself was nice and modern. Breakfast room had a beautiful view of tree canopy and good selection. Would stay there again.

整體體驗一般，設施一般，價格又貴！ （雙床五百不到點，大床五百多，趕上五星酒店價格，與實際體驗不符） 1、酒店在景點裏，門頭不明顯難找，車子不能停在酒店旁邊，最近的也衹能停到古鎮的大眾停車場！200米外！（沒有空車位 難停車），關鍵退房出去 還要付停車費，優惠後付了10元！都住酒店了，還不能免停車費，無語！ 2、車子停的遠，長者孩子帶着超重的行李箱，老鎮石頭路行李箱不好拖，還要爬高橋才能找到角落裡的酒店門頭，一開始體驗就不爽了，那麼熱的天！（酒店居然還説提前就聯繫過我，説聯繫不上，打不通我電話！很奇怪，壓根沒收到過酒店電話和訊息，後來讓酒店人員當面打我手機驗證，一打就通，酒店人員就藉口説，可能是座機打我電話聯繫不上，太搞笑了） 3、房間很小，開窗倒是能看鑒湖一景 就是有住客帶狗的 一大早就旺旺叫！ 4、馬桶和洗浴是乾濕分開，可是中間是透明玻璃，洗澡和上廁所的，都能一覽無遺， 這個佈局有點無語！不管是家人還是團遊合住，都不方便吧！而且玻璃衹有中間有遮擋，洗澡和如廁期間外人都不能進出，否則都能看到！很尷尬，洗好澡光着穿衣就能被鏡子投射看到。 5、洗手枱鏡子的燈光是頭頂投射，對於女性化粧看不清。 6、房間電視衹能看網絡的，沒有平時的收視頻道看新聞，長者家很不習慣，也不會用網絡的操控，並且好多電影連續劇都是收費的看不了！ 7、早餐：很簡單，種類少！ 規定了8點開始，下樓7：55還在洗盤子説沒開始。簡單的兩三個醬菜，一個白粥，油條，白煮蛋，及盒裝牛奶，水果是展示擺放外面 ，吃早飯時還有2隻超大的蒼蠅在靠窗玻璃上飛， 後來忍不住找了服務人員解決的。 整體體驗不開心，還讓下次來住給優惠！ 這樣的體驗也就一次了！😂
