Lovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away).
Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious.
Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets.
I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore.
A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi.
My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

La posizione dell'hotel è più conveniente. La porta è la stazione di bus. La piccola sorella della reception, Xiao Mona, è anche un servizio molto buono. La stanza è molto grande, l'igiene è molto pulita, il letto è anche più comodo e le strutture sono molto completi. La prossima volta che vengo a Shaoxing, vivrà ancora.Raccomandazione!

This hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review:
We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us.
Service: 9/10
Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended

The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay.
Breakfast: 9/10
Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings.
Location: 7/10
The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

DDr. Oscar### A Hidden Gem in Shaoxing: The Perfect Homestay Experience
Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in un affascinante soggiorno a Shaoxing che mi sentiva davvero come un santuario per l’anima. Dalla mia architettura tradizionale, che mi ha incastrato senza sosta con la cultura locale, mi ha attaccato. Ogni angolo della proprietà esulava il calore e il carattere, rendendolo un contesto perfetto per l'introspezione e la creatività.
Nonostante la pioggia durante il mio soggiorno, mi ha solo potenziato l’esperienza; il design del giardino aperto mi ha consentito di immergermi nei suoni tranquilli delle piogge, mentre riflettevo sui miei pensieri e sui miei piani futuri. C’è qualcosa di incredibilmente calmante di guardare la danza piovana contro il tetto a tetto, e ho trovato che fosse il luogo perfetto per scrivere e contemplare.
Dopo un giorno tranquillo, mi sono avvicinato alla vicina vecchia strada per cena e bevande, l’atmosfera vibrante, con i suoi affascinanti negozi e vivaci cibi, fatto per una bella serata. Mi è piaciuto esplorare la cucina locale, che è stato un meraviglioso complemento al mio soggiorno.
Il soggiorno di casa ha offerto un valore notabile per i soldi, combinando conforto con un'autentica esperienza culturale. I ospiti erano incredibilmente benvenuti e attenti, assicurando che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte, lasciandomi spazio per trovare il mio ritmo.
Se stai cercando un posto per chiarire la tua mente e collegarsi con te stesso, non posso raccomandare abbastanza questo soggiorno a casa. E' un vero giardino dove la bellezza tradizionale incontra la tranquillità moderna. Ho lasciato sentirmi rinfrescato e ispirato proprio a quello che avevo sperato.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after busy days. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
The staff at Tianma Grand Hotel were professional, courteous, and always eager to assist. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience.
The hotel's dining options were impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes available. Breakfast offered a wide selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine, catering to different tastes and preferences.
Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient, close to key areas in Keqiao, which made getting around easy.
Overall, my stay at Tianma Grand Hotel Keqiao was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Keqiao.

作為寵物友好酒店，能感受到每個工作人員 發自內心的真心喜歡小動物們，每天早餐還贈送了一份超級健康的狗狗營養餐。等春暖花開，還會再攜家人🐶一起去洗心吸氧！

GGabor87Il personale dell'hotel non parlava inglese, ma erano molto utili. La stanza stessa non era pulita e c'era chiaramente la sporcizia visibile sul tappeto, abbiamo anche abituati, sporchi e profumati scarpe alberghiere - ho chiesto al personale di sostituirla con un traduttore e pulire la nostra stanza perché non era pulita, il promesso di farlo. Hanno cambiato i nostri pantaloni a quelli nuovi, ma il tappeto non era ancora completamente vuoto.A parte che era buono.La colazione era buona, le camere sono spaziose. La procedura di check-in e check-out è una procedura di tempo perche' il personale non conosce l'inglese e le procedure sono invecchiate - hanno copiato il mio passaporto completo con tutte le precedenti visite in Cina e hanno prodotto un sacco di carta nel processo per nessun motivo. Il check-out è stato fatto e ci è stato chiesto di aspettare (per controllare se usiamo mini bar o qualcosa del genere), ma nessuno ci ha detto che potremmo andare, quindi abbiamo aspettato 5 minuti per nessun motivo, finalmente ho chiesto se possiamo andare e solo allora il ricevitore ha detto sì xD

UUtente ospiteC'era un po' di tempo per parcheggiare, e poi, quando sono entrato, non era chiaro dove parcheggiare, finché non sono andato a chiedere. Il check-in era veloce e, per mia sorpresa, l'agente di check-in Gary parlava molto bene l'inglese. Era estremamente utile e accogliente. Ha anche spiegato che il colazione sarebbe stato incluso a causa del CNY. L'hotel era molto pulito, la stanza era pulita. L'hotel è in una posizione molto buona, centrale a molte aree importanti a Shaoxing. La colazione era buona e il personale molto amichevole. Check out era semplice e la tariffa di parcheggio overnight è stata curata dall'hotel. In generale, l'hotel ha la qualità, l'aspetto e la sensazione che si aspetta da un hotel di marchio Holiday Inn. Sicuramente consigliere e ribook in futuro. Molte famiglie con bambini anche. Si prega di notare se viaggiare intorno a CNY, alcuni ristoranti ecc possono essere chiusi per le vacanze.

RRavi karan kIt is a great place to stay for short trips to keqiao. It is located in the middle of the city. Rooms and hotel property in general were neat and clean. I ate breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast menu had scrambled eggs, chicken fried rice, Asian dough stick, sweet bun in four different options, oat milk, coffee, apple and orange juice, fruits, yogurt, sausages, toasted bread/butter, hard boiled eggs, boiled vegetables, boiled pumpkin (like sweet potato) , boiled corns. The hotel did not ask for any security deposit. Check in and check out process was very fast. Staff at reception can speak and understand some words of English which was good enough for conversing with them. Lastly, huge appreciation for housekeeping staff , they were active and hard working.

UUtente ospiteThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park.
The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor.
We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns.
The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

CCherry WeddelLa mia permanenza nella camera familiare dell'hotel mi ha fatto piacere. La spaziosa camera mi ha offerto spazio ampia per la mia famiglia e per me per rilassarmi confortevolmente. L'esperienza di prima mano era veramente piacevole, permettendoci di creare momenti memorabili insieme.
Mentre la stanza ha una vista piacevole, vale la pena notare che la posizione dei due letti si sentiva un po' lontana, che potrebbe essere migliorata per un'esperienza familiare più coerente. La porta del bagno scorrevole ha avuto un piccolo disagio, perché non era più facile navigare, e ho trovato me stesso di combattere con esso a volte. Un altro piccolo svantaggio è stato l'assenza di serbatoi o di opzioni di stoccaggio all'interno della zona di doccia, rendendo un po' difficile mantenere i nostri bagni organizzati.
Nonostante queste piccole carenze, la nostra esperienza complessiva nella camera familiare è stata positiva, e la spaziosa atmosfera di impegno ha certamente superato le piccole inconvenienti che abbiamo incontrato. Abbiamo lasciato con buone memorie del nostro tempo e ci riferiamo a tornare in futuro.

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience.
I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side.
The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street.
The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
