整體體驗一般，設施一般，價格又貴！
（雙床五百不到點，大床五百多，趕上五星酒店價格，與實際體驗不符）
1、酒店在景點裏，門頭不明顯難找，車子不能停在酒店旁邊，最近的也衹能停到古鎮的大眾停車場！200米外！（沒有空車位 難停車），關鍵退房出去 還要付停車費，優惠後付了10元！都住酒店了，還不能免停車費，無語！
2、車子停的遠，長者孩子帶着超重的行李箱，老鎮石頭路行李箱不好拖，還要爬高橋才能找到角落裡的酒店門頭，一開始體驗就不爽了，那麼熱的天！（酒店居然還説提前就聯繫過我，説聯繫不上，打不通我電話！很奇怪，壓根沒收到過酒店電話和訊息，後來讓酒店人員當面打我手機驗證，一打就通，酒店人員就藉口説，可能是座機打我電話聯繫不上，太搞笑了）
3、房間很小，開窗倒是能看鑒湖一景
就是有住客帶狗的 一大早就旺旺叫！
4、馬桶和洗浴是乾濕分開，可是中間是透明玻璃，洗澡和上廁所的，都能一覽無遺， 這個佈局有點無語！不管是家人還是團遊合住，都不方便吧！而且玻璃衹有中間有遮擋，洗澡和如廁期間外人都不能進出，否則都能看到！很尷尬，洗好澡光着穿衣就能被鏡子投射看到。
5、洗手枱鏡子的燈光是頭頂投射，對於女性化粧看不清。
6、房間電視衹能看網絡的，沒有平時的收視頻道看新聞，長者家很不習慣，也不會用網絡的操控，並且好多電影連續劇都是收費的看不了！
7、早餐：很簡單，種類少！
規定了8點開始，下樓7：55還在洗盤子説沒開始。簡單的兩三個醬菜，一個白粥，油條，白煮蛋，及盒裝牛奶，水果是展示擺放外面 ，吃早飯時還有2隻超大的蒼蠅在靠窗玻璃上飛， 後來忍不住找了服務人員解決的。
整體體驗不開心，還讓下次來住給優惠！
這樣的體驗也就一次了！😂

從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被工作人員的熱情所感染。辦理入住手續時，服務人員的專業和高效讓人印象深刻，而那真誠的微笑又很貼心自然。
因為恰逢颱風天，進入房間後，我發現酒店為我精心準備了多種晾衣架，這看似微不足道的細節，卻透露出對客人需求的深刻洞察和關懷。
而當我有些肚子疼的時候，酒店送來的紅糖薑茶，簡直暖到了我的心裏。那一杯熱氣騰騰的薑茶，散發著濃郁的香氣，彷彿是酒店對客人無聲的關懷與問候。每一口都充滿了温暖和甜蜜，不僅驅散了身體的不適，更讓我感受到了酒店服務的細膩與用心。在整個入住期間，無論是前台的熱情接待，還是客房服務的周到細緻，都讓我感受到了酒店工作人員對服務品質的執着追求。他們總是能在我需要的時候及時出現，用微笑和行動為我解決問題。
再説酒店的早餐服務——原以為客房送餐不過是“方便”而已，卻沒想到被照顧得如此周到，連早餐都吃出了“回家吃飯”的温暖。
提前和前台溝通了早餐時間和偏好（我提了一句愛喝熱乎的小米粥），第二天清晨七點，門鈴準時響起。服務員輕聲説明“您的早餐到了”，開門時手裡端着温熱的託盤，還貼心地墊了隔熱巾，細節裏全是分寸感。打開餐盒的瞬間就被治癒了：現熬的小米粥濃稠香甜，米粒幾乎化在湯裏，喝得出是慢火煨的；蝦餃皮薄透亮，咬開瞬間鮮甜的肉汁“滋”地冒出來，配着姜醋解膩剛好；煎蛋是流心的，蛋黃微微顫着，邊緣煎得焦脆卻不苦；還有現烤的可頌外酥裏軟，配着冰牛奶剛好平衡口感。全程服務沒有“打卡式”的敷衍：服務員放下餐盒後會提醒“粥有點燙，小心燙嘴”，看我翻找餐具，又補了一句“需要再加勺子或紙巾的話，打內線電話馬上送”；收拾空盤時也輕手輕腳，連桌布都幫忙理平整了。原本想着“房間早餐隨便吃點就行”，結果這頓飯吃得比酒店餐廳還滿足。從食材的新鮮度到口味的地道，從送餐的時效到服務的温度，鑒瀾閣把“用心”藏在了每一口熱食、每一句叮囑裏。旅行的意義，不就是被這些“超出預期”的細節治癒嗎？下次來柯巖，一定還要住鑒瀾閣，不為別的，就為這口熱乎又貼心的早餐和處處用心的服務！

DDr. Oscar### A Hidden Gem in Shaoxing: The Perfect Homestay Experience
Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in un affascinante soggiorno a Shaoxing che mi sentiva davvero come un santuario per l’anima. Dalla mia architettura tradizionale, che mi ha incastrato senza sosta con la cultura locale, mi ha attaccato. Ogni angolo della proprietà esulava il calore e il carattere, rendendolo un contesto perfetto per l'introspezione e la creatività.
Nonostante la pioggia durante il mio soggiorno, mi ha solo potenziato l’esperienza; il design del giardino aperto mi ha consentito di immergermi nei suoni tranquilli delle piogge, mentre riflettevo sui miei pensieri e sui miei piani futuri. C’è qualcosa di incredibilmente calmante di guardare la danza piovana contro il tetto a tetto, e ho trovato che fosse il luogo perfetto per scrivere e contemplare.
Dopo un giorno tranquillo, mi sono avvicinato alla vicina vecchia strada per cena e bevande, l’atmosfera vibrante, con i suoi affascinanti negozi e vivaci cibi, fatto per una bella serata. Mi è piaciuto esplorare la cucina locale, che è stato un meraviglioso complemento al mio soggiorno.
Il soggiorno di casa ha offerto un valore notabile per i soldi, combinando conforto con un'autentica esperienza culturale. I ospiti erano incredibilmente benvenuti e attenti, assicurando che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte, lasciandomi spazio per trovare il mio ritmo.
Se stai cercando un posto per chiarire la tua mente e collegarsi con te stesso, non posso raccomandare abbastanza questo soggiorno a casa. E' un vero giardino dove la bellezza tradizionale incontra la tranquillità moderna. Ho lasciato sentirmi rinfrescato e ispirato proprio a quello che avevo sperato.

提前和店家説了開車，他們會幫忙留停車位；早餐是紹興特色美食：次塢打麪😀
最最好評的是店家老闆，很熱情；特別在意我們是否住得舒適；收集我們住店反饋，希望我們多提提意見；因為我和我朋友不太喜歡次塢打麪的勁道，第二天我們打算出去覓食，老闆知道我們口味後為我們做了適合我們口味的麪條😄
還有強烈推薦嚐嚐老闆家的黃酒，特別香醇；還有特色茴香豆😘

GGerriLovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away).
Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious.
Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets.
I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore.
A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi.
My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

The pillows were the best I've had in a while. Very happy stay. I had breakfast included but managed to miss it everyday of my stay so can't comment on that. For a Muslim traveller, plenty of halal options literally across the road

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno all'Hotel ShaoXing Keqiao Atour. L'hotel era improvvisamente pulito, con camere ben mantenute e aree comuni che mi hanno reso molto comodo il soggiorno. Le strutture lavanderia erano eccellenti, che è un enorme plus per i viaggiatori di business. Il personale era incredibilmente utile e amichevole, sempre pronto a aiutare con qualsiasi bisogno. Mi sono particolarmente gradito il caffè complimentare e bevande benvenute, che hanno aggiunto un caldo toccamento all'ospitalità.
La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, a soli 15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria ShaoXing Nord, rendendo facile il viaggio. Keqiao è famoso per la sua industria tessile e dell'abbigliamento, attraente molti imprenditori dall'India. NNayemThis hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review:
We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us.
Service: 9/10
Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay.
Breakfast: 9/10
Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings.
Location: 7/10
The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.
