設備比較舊，我們定了三人間，臨時打電話説之前三人間沒退房，問能不能標間裏面加個床，因為國慶難定同意了，加了個小的摺疊床，三個人住很擁擠，老闆也沒説因為房間換了補個差價，但是國慶期間紹興賓館漲價太嚴重了，這家196訂到房間不容易，也沒退，而且老闆一直幫忙搬箱子，感謝老闆。吃飯方便，停車方便，房間比較舊，但是看起來還行，挺乾淨，到幾個景區開車20分鐘左右

今年五一出行最驚喜的一站！酒店位置相對比較偏，要繞進一個村，但是到達後豁然開朗，緊靠一個面積不小的湖，人很少，有種世外桃源的感覺，最棒的是可以免費的體驗皮划艇，一個大人和一個小孩兒正好，入住當天黃昏和第二天早上幾乎是承包了一整片的湖面，這個感覺太難忘了，其他的房型和設施也不錯，晚上去了柯橋古鎮，開車大概40分鐘不到，早飯很有意思，在後廚和做飯的阿姨一邊聊一邊吃，可以讓阿姨靈活安排早飯。很推薦！

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in un affascinante soggiorno a Shaoxing che mi sentiva davvero come un santuario per l’anima. Dalla mia architettura tradizionale, che mi ha incastrato senza sosta con la cultura locale, mi ha attaccato. Ogni angolo della proprietà esulava il calore e il carattere, rendendolo un contesto perfetto per l'introspezione e la creatività.
Nonostante la pioggia durante il mio soggiorno, mi ha solo potenziato l’esperienza; il design del giardino aperto mi ha consentito di immergermi nei suoni tranquilli delle piogge, mentre riflettevo sui miei pensieri e sui miei piani futuri. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after busy days. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
The staff at Tianma Grand Hotel were professional, courteous, and always eager to assist. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience.
The hotel's dining options were impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes available. Breakfast offered a wide selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine, catering to different tastes and preferences.

NNayemThis hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review:
We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us.
Service: 9/10
Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended
Cleanliness: 10/10
The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay.
Breakfast: 9/10
Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings.
Location: 7/10
The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

The villa has a gorgeous view of uninterrupted rolling bamboo forested hills. The surroundings are very quiet, with no other properties within kilometers. The room has floor heating and air conditioning and was very cozy during cold winter weather. Service request were quickly followed up by the team, and small attentions were offered that made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offered tasty and reasonably prices meals. Thank you to Mr. Luo and colleagues for taking care of us! The immediate area does not offer many attractions, but we would recommend hiking the 走妈岗 Zou Ma Gang trail about 20km away in the 香榧森林公园。 We also enjoyed a day trip to Wuxie Waterfall park to the west of Zhuji town.

UUtente ospiteThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park.
The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor.
We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns.
The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

La stanza stessa non era pulita e c'era chiaramente la sporcizia visibile sul tappeto, abbiamo anche abituati, sporchi e profumati scarpe alberghiere - ho chiesto al personale di sostituirla con un traduttore e pulire la nostra stanza perché non era pulita, il promesso di farlo. Hanno cambiato i nostri pantaloni a quelli nuovi, ma il tappeto non era ancora completamente vuoto.A parte che era buono.La colazione era buona, le camere sono spaziose. La procedura di check-in e check-out è una procedura di tempo perche' il personale non conosce l'inglese e le procedure sono invecchiate - hanno copiato il mio passaporto completo con tutte le precedenti visite in Cina e hanno prodotto un sacco di carta nel processo per nessun motivo. Il check-out è stato fatto e ci è stato chiesto di aspettare (per controllare se usiamo mini bar o qualcosa del genere), ma nessuno ci ha detto che potremmo andare, quindi abbiamo aspettato 5 minuti per nessun motivo, finalmente ho chiesto se possiamo andare e solo allora il ricevitore ha detto sì xD

The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience.
I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side.
The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street.
The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
