Initially my room was not so good, shower was leaking, washbasin was not draining, towel very old and dirty but after I contacted trip.com customer care they have resolved my all issues thank to trip.com, nerarby lot of restaurant specially Indian restaurant, opposite side is coffee shop overall location is very good, front desk staff is very helpful.thanks to trip.com

Lobby is not good, entrance is untidy but rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained

This spot had an okay placement so we could get around easily on bike and e-bike. However, as we entered it was just an open lobby and very easy for ANYONE to get access to the room floors. The room was okay, cleanliness was okay, but there were pictures of naked rooms in the opening of the door and on the floors. Did not feel like a comfortable and safe place to be even if it might be.

挺温馨的 佈局合理 餐飲的桌子和休閑的沙發都有 出行交通也方便 周圍有餐飲水果店 麪包 都有～ 前台妹妹挺善解人意的 安排今早入住 還可以延遲退房 一次開心的旅行哈

應該説很超乎預期了，原來還擔心評論中很多説的衞生問題，實際住下來，應該完全是能接受的程度。房型因為空調原因，給改了親子房，一個人住也很nice。就是浴室的漏水問題實在頭疼啊！！不單糟心，還有嚴重安全隱患啊！！

設施：總體不錯，但有些設施有點老舊了 衞生：還不錯 環境：樓有些老舊，但樓層內還好 服務：登記入住等了好久，沒有房間所以升了家庭房

小姐姐們態度很不錯 房間挺好的 很智能 周邊也有吃飯的地方 離萬達也不遠走過去買點吃的挺方便的

環境乾淨沒有異味，但是衞生間的淋浴和馬桶建議要分開一下不然全都是濕的，位置去景點打卡也近，早餐自助味道還不錯

來出差住了一個多星期，每天阿姨打掃都很乾凈，智能語音服務很方便，房型面積也比較大，相對寬敞舒適，挺滿意的。周圍水果店蛋糕店配套也比較全，離萬達廣場也不遠。

這家酒店服務特別好，環境也很安靜機器人也很方便推薦下次還來。交通便利，離紹興北站很近，出門就是公交站
