I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming homestay in Shaoxing that truly felt like a sanctuary for the soul. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning traditional architecture that seamlessly blended with the local culture. Each corner of the property exuded warmth and character, making it a perfect backdrop for introspection and creativity.
Despite the rain during my stay, it only enhanced the experience. The open courtyard design allowed me to immerse myself in the soothing sounds of raindrops while I reflected on my thoughts and future plans. There’s something incredibly calming about watching the rain dance against the tiled roof, and I found it to be the perfect setting for writing and contemplation.
After a peaceful day, I ventured out to the nearby old street for dinner and drinks. The vibrant atmosphere, with its charming shops and lively eateries, made for a delightful evening. I enjoyed exploring the local cuisine, which was a wonderful complement to my stay.
The homestay offered remarkable value for money, combining comfort with an authentic cultural experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met while allowing me the space to find my own rhythm.
If you’re looking for a place to clear your mind and connect with your inner self, I cannot recommend this homestay enough. It’s a true haven where traditional beauty meets modern-day tranquility. I left feeling refreshed and inspired—exactly what I had hoped for.

NNatBooThe location of the hotel is excellent, with a beautiful view of the river from the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful.
We called the hotel before our arrival, as it is located at the end of an alley. They offer a buggy service to pick guests up and take them to the hotel. Walking down the alley with luggage can be quite challenging due to the uneven road surface.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

UUtente ospiteRimanere a Shaoxing è stato un sogno assoluto, soprattutto al Floriette Time Inn!Svegliarsi e disegnare le tende mi sembrava di andare in una città idrica di Jiangnan, direttamente da un libro di testo cinese. I ponti di pietra si arrampicavano su canali di cristallo, mentre i barche neri scorrevano laziamente attraverso la mia finestra.Il barcaio mi ha anche inondato e mi ha salutato con un sorriso!
Dopo una notte di fame, ho fatto un giro per le scale per una tazza di noodles a mano di Ciwu. Oh, mio. Buon Dio. Le noodles che si masticavano avevano questa perfetta struttura e il pane era così ricco che mi sentiva come se i miei gusti facessero dei retrospettri! Ho spruzzato ogni ultima goccia, immediatamente riavviato.Non mi sorprende che il proprietario abbia detto che le noodles sono a mano spruzzate dagli artigiani!
Ma il vero MVP era l'innkeepera camminando Shaoxing travel encyclopedia! Durante il pomeriggio il tè nel lobby, ha segnato le mappe come un strategico: *”Questo pavilione in Shen Garden è dove Lu Tu sei rimasto triste Tang Wanperfetto per le foto! ”Il tofu stinky sta vicino al ponte di Otto Characters?Terza strada, blu disgustoso.””Porta una giacca per la serata di cavalcare barca”canali si raffreddano.””Ha anche condiviso dove trovare il più economico *huangjiu* (vino giallo) Ice bar! The pillows were the best I've had in a while. Very happy stay. I had breakfast included but managed to miss it everyday of my stay so can't comment on that. Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno all'Hotel ShaoXing Keqiao Atour. L'hotel era improvvisamente pulito, con camere ben mantenute e aree comuni che mi hanno reso molto comodo il soggiorno. Le strutture lavanderia erano eccellenti, che è un enorme plus per i viaggiatori di business. Il personale era incredibilmente utile e amichevole, sempre pronto a aiutare con qualsiasi bisogno. Mi sono particolarmente gradito il caffè complimentare e bevande benvenute, che hanno aggiunto un caldo toccamento all'ospitalità.
La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, a soli 15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria ShaoXing Nord, rendendo facile il viaggio. UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

Le signore di pulizia sono sempre molto amichevole nonostante le barriere linguistiche. Sempre sorridente e gentile. Nel 2023, ho soggiornato per un totale di 108 notti in diversi hotel e città. L'ospitalità che ho ricevuto in questo hotel è incompatibile. Raccomando molto questo hotel.
