服務:衹有基礎服務，跟直營店相比差距很大，沒有增值服務，沒有驚喜服務，一個停車費20多塊錢前後一起報了3天，還是我主動加的前台微信，反覆問我要付款憑證，內部交接有問題，建議改進
環境:酒店內環境還不錯，酒店周邊不太好，停車是停路邊市政劃的車位，無人看管，停車靠自己找
酒店特色項目:其實就是前台擺了一點點簡單的小零食和茶水，自助式的，無人奉茶
其他:應該是心裏感覺到了美豪麗致，跟之前在其他多個城市入住的美豪麗致相比，可能是來時期望值有點高，所以難免有些失望。但是按房價來説，確實有這樣也不錯了。本人還是推薦入住！衞生也不錯！客房有智能語音（小度）

Good location. The hotel itself is very close to the train station. Besides that, the building itself has a shopping mall and there are few different types of cuisine restaurants in it.
Uniqueness and cleanliness. It's quite interesting that they have the room type of loft design. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is good.
Bar. There are quite a few types of interesting craft beers which quite nice to try out.
Cons:
Amenities in room. There are only dental kits set up inside the room.They'll only provide the other amenities when you request.
Varieties of food options in the restaurant. Too few varieties to be chose for breakfast and it's the same thing repeated. Only one option for each Chinese and Western cuisine and you choose either one.

Ci tornerò sicuramente! Mio marito, mio figlio (di 2 anni) e io ci siamo trovati benissimo.

UUtente ospiteI am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China.
If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

UUtente ospite馬桶有點點黃，有點排水口的氣味。床不軟不硬睡得很好，空調也夠涼，沖涼水也夠大，總體是不錯的。老闆娘也熱情的為我們提供丹霞山攻略。就是千萬不要去右手邊巷子裏的餐館，我們去的那家泊宿餐館感覺不好，其中點的半衹雞，那碟子裏都沒見到雞腿，雞腳卻有兩衹，拿了我半衹雞裏最好的留着自己吃吧，雞肉也硬，味道也好一般。懶得跟那店裡理論，反正也是做遊客一次性生意的。真心建議不要去那家餐館吃

UUtente ospiteAmenities provided from the hotel were great like free shuttle to the train station, access to the spa baths and areas, breakfast and dinner buffet. Unfortunately the room we were given was a separate building all the way in the back of the resort where their employees live. No option for smoke free rooms on trip.com and per the front desk there were no other rooms available.
A cart shuttle service allows transport to and from the room to the main building. Keep in mind this service ends after 12am.
Room is older and has a moldy smell. Robes weren’t provided to us in the room to walk around the spa area with. There is a restaurant where you can order takeout but that closes around 11pm. 2 stars because of the free shuttle and access to spa pools.

Hotel is new with an impressive arrival area.
Breakfast. Good spread with good dim sum. They varied some the dishes ao that longer staying guests would have variety. Staff were pleasant and helpful in the dining hall
Rooms. Nicely designed and quiet. Sheets are of great quality. Safe in room. Slippers provides. Conditioner for hair. Pillows were labeled and 2 firm ones and 2 soft ones provided. The only thing I can complain about is the headboard for the beds. It was visibly dirty.
Amenities: indoor pool which we did not use. Gym with 3 treadmills and 1 elliptical and woke weights machines. Not bad overall but there was no water provided.
Staff at reception: the older lady who served us when we checked in was excellent. She suggested places for us to go and was very enthusiastic about guiding us on top of sorting our check in details. The young male staff who attended to us when we checked out was unbelievably unhelpful and uninterested when we asked about a particular attraction. His answer was just no and don't know. Did not bother to help check with colleagues or make calls. This marred an otherwise good experience at Holiday inn.
