This is a newly built hotel. Everything is still very new and clean. The location is on the edge of the city center. With 2-3 dollars taxi very easily to go anywhere in the city. Our room has a very beautiful view over the river and mountain. The breakfast is very good. Shan Shan was so nice with us. She is very friendly and helpful!! At the reception employees are very helpful as well. A little less good was the room service, 3-4 days they don’t clean well our room. But as soon as I called the front desk they clean and organized the room. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant.

We had a great time, the room was nice, modern and clean. We were greeted politely and one guy even spoke a little English. We can speak a little chinese but this was still nice. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the breakfast, most of it was quite cold with a few things that were ok. Also we had to ask another guest to stop smoking in the dining room, something that we feel the staff should have told him. We did leave a phone and another personal item that they kindly kept and sent to us (another city) that we are really thankful for. Overall a nice experience. Thank you.

前台的服務極差，還玩套路，花灑開關更無語，開關不靈活不靈活導致關水時銀麻煩，關少了花灑還滴水，關多了上面的頂噴滴水，關水時還必須由熱至冷，不小心會給冷水淋着容易感冒，還有一些設施也舊了。

👩🏻💼前台服務很好，中午到了馬上就給辦理了入住，還免費升級了江景雙床房。退房也是秒退，免費提供行李寄存服務。 🛏️房間很乾凈，江景很無敵，床鋪舒服，衞浴的佈局也挺舒適。 🫕每天房間裏會擺放小水果小零食，大堂裏也有下午茶小點心，酒店4樓有提供早餐，但我們沒有購買，碧水花城後面的一條路上有很多吃飯的地方，飲食挺方便的。 ⛰️遊玩的話森林公園離得很近，打車過去爬爬山很悠閑。 🚗交通主要是打車，打滴滴很快捷，距離韶關站和韶關東站都挺近的。

非常滿意。我在這家酒店的住宿體驗簡直太棒了！從房間設施到服務質量，每一個細節都讓人感受到了酒店的用心和關懷。特別值得一提的是，我在住宿期間不小心遺失了我的戒指，酒店工作人員在發現後，第一時間聯繫我並將戒指歸還給了我。我發了紅包她們也不收，拾金不昧，這種細心和負責的態度讓我深受感動。

一直很認可麗楓的品質，每到一個城市都會先看有沒有。這家的服務在住過的麗楓裏面，絕對能排上榜👍🏻、入住時提了一個小要求都可以應了，而且我們是家庭出遊，有小孩，還能給我們小孩的洗刷用品，就連拖鞋都是小孩尺寸的，這個很點贊。

設施：窗户上還有晾衣服的地方，浴室比較大 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：外面靠着江，出門吃飯或者跑步很方便 空間舒適，早餐還可以，到韶關市區旅遊選擇這裏還是不錯的

看評價選了這家，江景很漂亮，房間比亞朵酒店大，周邊安靜，吃飯卻很方便。週日直接升級了房間，感覺服務很好。值得一提的是這家麗楓酒店的早餐比其他家好。自駕車方便，有地下專屬停車位。推薦！

房間很新，直麪江景（見圖片），有冰箱，適合小住幾天的遊客，到步行街打的也方便，小朋友很喜歡，服務態很好。自助品種豐富。我在大堂退房等車過程中，前台男服務生幫我們倒了水

出差这么多地方，住的都是麗枫，这一家麗枫真给我惊喜，依山伴水，地理环境非常好，服务人员素质高，最值得表扬的是非常干净！哪哪都好，下次来韶关出差，只会选择这家麗枫！

來韶關玩一定要首選這家酒店！！！位置好環境好江景絕絕子，還有很貼心帶燈化粧鏡，周邊配套也有完善，吃的喝的樣樣都有，推薦推薦

每年自駕進廣東都先到韶關麗楓歇腳，家庭房特別好，空間大兩個床還是裡外間，服務員都特別熱情，早餐也可以菜品都很好吃👍
