房間很好，住得很舒服，有兩個洗手間，適合幾個家庭入住，離沙灘5分鐘左右，房東服務好，每次提問額很快就回復，下次再來旅遊也會選這裏。

民宿在29樓陽台和房間都能看到大海景，風景很不錯，距離海邊也很近，步行大概5分鐘。海邊的小攤東西都不好吃，小吃推薦去二馬路那邊吃，民宿附近的小鮮牛牛肉館也不錯。
房間也很乾凈，有四間房，廚房那邊那間卧室稍微有點吵，空調外機靠近那間房。入住後發現麻將機壞了，房東也很快叫師傅維修了，總體還是很滿意的。

房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約而不失時尚感，進入到有家的温馨感，床上用品乾淨整齊，洗漱用品都是一次性的，特別喜歡陽台，可以欣賞到無邊大海，水天一色，日出日落風景無極美！出片太棒了！[進入房間第一眼]

房東很好，好熱情，有問必答並且是秒回覆。提前幾天就把遊玩攻略發過來了。房間很整潔乾淨，看得出啊姨搞衞生很用心。下次再來繼續訂這家。

大年初一和全家人來廣東遊玩，在汕尾姐姐訂不到合適的酒店，我提議可以訂民宿，因為我們人多。本來姐姐對民宿有排斥心理擔心衞生問題。我找了攜程上這家90條評價全五星好評的之後，姐姐當下同意了我的提議。住後體驗小區風景不錯。房間乾淨整潔。舒適度也不錯。本來以為洗衣機沒有烘乾功能，但是房間開了空調，我老公自己洗了衣服，第二天早上也全乾了。房東小姐姐服務很周到。必須五星好評。
