Overall stay was great, service staff was very helpful. Just that location was not very centralised.

I had a very pleasant stay during my business trip. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to travel around the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The facilities were also in excellent condition and met all my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Very clean though I do find some debris at a corner of the room. Warm service. Location is a bit out of the way. A lot of eateries along the nearby Huangshan Road.

The reception staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we were impressed in every way. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - I’m from the US and I’d venture to say that I’ve never received such excellent service. The ladies working the front desk were so kind and so accommodating. My dad accidentally left his backpack in the hotel room while we rushed to catch our train after checking out. After anxiously contacting them on WeChat, they attentively offered to fast-track its delivery to our next hotel. The conversation was seamless and they really quelled our concerns. I really felt cared for by the staff at this hotel. Even when we arrived at the hotel, we were very impressed by how clean and spacious the rooms were. The beds were also so comfortable. We were also able to enjoy time in their lobby after ordering take-out. I wish we had the opportunity to stay more than one night!! The location is just a short didi away from the Shantou train station. The breakfast selection was excellent (and we were even able to pack a few up in to-go boxes for my aunts who didn’t have time to sit down to enjoy their meal). Thank you so much for having us at this hotel - we really enjoyed it and cannot recommend it enough!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers, as it is very close to the high-speed railway station, which made our journey incredibly convenient. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to Ms. Cheng, Mr. Yang, and Ms. Yang for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to help us find a solution so that we could catch our train on time. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist truly made a big difference in our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Very convenient for a business trip. The hotel has a lot of space for a small business meeting at the lobby. The place is very very clean compared to other places.

Near to the station but not easy to walk to. Best call a "didi" to the station.
