The hotel is very convenient for shopping and eating. There's nice food around the hotel. The room is very cosy and spacious, since they have renovated the rooms. You can take the public bus just outside the hotel to Zhong Shan garden easily. I will stay at this hotel again when I am going to Shantou.

Non troppo lontano dalle attrazioni, ma non sicuramente se fossero ore di punta quando abbiamo chiamato didi, il costo del trasporto è leggermente più alto rispetto ad altri luoghi che abbiamo fatto in Cina.
Condizioni centralizzate con un odore di sigarette pesante, abbiamo deciso di smettere di dormire bene la notte.

Come albergatore, ritengo che l'unica cosa negativa sia che l'hotel non ha riscaldamento e non ci sono robot per consegnare i piatti da asporto che devono andare ai banconi da asporto molto lontani. In generale, c'è parecchio cibo l'area circostante. Il servizio della reception è nella media e necessita di miglioramenti. My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room.
It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness.
Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside.
Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible.
Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need.
Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!!
All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

La stanza e il letto sono molto grandi. La nostra camera con due letti matrimoniali in quattro stanze è molto comoda. Il bagaglio ha abbastanza spazio aperto. Inoltre, oltre al frigorifero di base, ventilatore e così via, ci sono utensili per la manutenzione (conveniente per tutti i nostri amici di Tsingzhou di bere il loro famoso Kung Fu)! Un po'di servizio di pasto nella stanza. Se non vuoi uscire (perché abbiamo appena incontrato problemi meteorologici quando andiamo), puoi mangiare nella stanza. Hanno anche bevande. Il tempo che andiamo è che fanno sconti, la seconda e mezza coppa della stessa bevanda, Il mio preferito è che il loro giardino è un po'di frutta, bevuto!

La signorina della reception è gentile e paziente. È molto gentile con noi e i bambini. Una di loro è chiamata Xiao Xiao. E' particolarmente gentile e gentile. Anche il mio bambino la sentiva molto felice di vederla.Non conosciamo il ristorante vicino, e' molto paziente di presentarci quali ristoranti vicino!

Alan sa che ci piace bere quella tazza di guayuan. Alan è specialmente in preparazione per questa bevanda il giorno in cui lasciamo il guayuan, Possiamo bere questo bicchiere di cipolle il giorno finale!

Il sesto piano dell'hotel ha un servizio di lavatrice automatica e una semplice stanza sportiva.Il servizio di lavatrice è molto buono. La loro lavatrice ha la funzione di aggiungere automaticamente liquido di lavaggio/desinfettante. Non abbiamo bisogno di portare i nostri prodotti puliti. Possiamo vedere la lavatrice/siccatore attraverso la TV nella stanza dell'hotel, quindi non c'è bisogno di stare in lavatrice per aspettare. Puoi controllare remotamente il progresso della lavatrice dei tuoi vestiti in qualsiasi momento, sapere quando lavare/sciare e finire, e'molto conveniente!
2) Lavastoviglie ／ Prodotti per lavastoviglie
Il lavaggio delle mani, lavaggio dei capelli, lavaggio dei capelli e lavastoviglie dell'hotel sono tutti prodotti di marca Peter Thomas Roth, e ho una buona esperienza nella pelle e nei capelli.

The interior is thoughtfully designed, with a mix of modern and traditional elements that create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the elegant furnishings to the carefully chosen artwork.
My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. I appreciated the little touches, such as dry flowers and a complimentary bottle of water and flower teas, that made me feel truly pampered.
The front desk staff at Shanheli B&B were exceptional in every way. She is friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She is always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Shantou and looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay.

AAnh-BaoThe grand hotel is located in the city of Chaoyang - a small industrial city - possibly best known for it’s production of undergarment. Chaoyang is approximately 39-45 minutes (by car) away from Shantou city center.
The hotel has recently been elaborately renovated which explains why it - for the most part - looks like it was just recently built and opened. Older reviews are therefor inaccurate.
I visited a friend in the city and during my stay I enjoyed the comfort of one of the hotel’s two-room business suites. Both rooms (living room and bed room) can be separated by a proper door. The bedroom has its own nice big bathroom with a toilet, huge shower and sink.
In the hallway (before the living room) there is a restroom with its very own toilet and sink. This is very practical if you plan to receive guests in your business suite - because they won’t have to walk through your bedroom in order to use the toilet.
I never had a business suite before but when I saw the price and the pictures I suspected it could be an amazing deal - and it absolutely was. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel has a small restaurant that offers a good Chinese breakfast. A spa and karaoke-bar are located inside the hotel. In my business suite I I never noticed the bar. No noise. I was going to visit the the spa but it was closed due to renovation.

Il tempo di Xiao Xiao ci ha spiegato e raccomandato una buona scelta di bevande intorno all'hotel.Io e mio marito siamo molto grati per il loro sincero aiuto durante il nostro soggiorno di tre notti.
La camera dell'hotel è ampia e pulita.Mi piace in particolare l'armadio e i campioni gratuiti, che ci consente di godere di una tazza di tè nella stanza.La lampada di sensore del bagno è un atteggiamento intimo.

KKLK9Bad: (1) The hotel advertised as ”some non-smoking” rooms are available. Requested one and only to find out during check-in that all rooms are smoking allowed. We were choked with strong cigarette odours in our room (2) Poor reception desk service. They kept asking us to contact Trip.com about misleading advertisement and made no effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. 3 of us check-in but only provided with 2 sets of towels. Toilet papers are kept at minimal and ran out by next morning (3) Lots of mosquitoes!
Good: (1) The location is good with plenty of shops around and walking distance to the bus stops (2) The room size is good as well (3) Breakfasts were provided with the booking and on-site laundry was really convenient

La posizione geografica è buona per dire la verità. Dovrebbe essere considerata la vecchia zona di Zhuangjiang. Si ricorda molto vicino al Zhuangjiang e cammina circa sette minuti; circa un chilometro dal piccolo parco / Zhuangjiang Museum / Al Qingjiang Jiangjiang General Store.
Ma!Le strutture dell'hotel sono davvero molto lunghe!E la sensazione di igiene non è molto pulita, il terreno è ancora rotto, il lato del bagno è bruciato, la finestra è sporca, le finestre sono rotte, il lato è anche cattivo 😂
Il corridoio fuori dalla stanza ha un sapore di guancia...
Le foto del negozio sono davvero le stesse che le camere, ma anche le cose che vedo sono le stesse. Le luci sono tutte calde e le luci sono tutte come tornare agli anni ottanta. Non so se il tempo sia un problema o se la mia stanza non puo' nascondere il sole. L'apertura della finestra è anche oscura. La luce della stanza del bagno è oscura. Spero che la luce possa essere migliorata dopo...
Se c'è un'altra scelta, prova a non venire qui...Oltre al prezzo di sconto, ci sono anche colazione, forse è davvero un centesmo per un po'di merce....

UUtente ospiteMi piacerebbe solo che l'hotel fosse situato più vicino alla vecchia città di Shantou, che è l'accento della città, e che mi fosse stato ritirato per trovare tre sigarette usate nel doccia. Questo mi sorprende, perché spesso scelgo questa catena hoteliera quando visito altre città in Cina e quindi questa scadenza standard mi sorprende ma non ha colpito il mio viaggio.

If you put the dirty clothes at hotel’s front desk before 12 noon, they can return the cleaned clothes by 8pm on same day.

Had stayed at this hotel for 4-5 times due to work. I picked Lavande because I had to live close to my colleague’s home as he could pick me up by car every morning to go to work. There is no bad smell in the rooms but there is unpleasant smell outside the room along hallway. I don't mind that unpleasant as I just passed the hallway in the morning and evening when I go to work and return hotel after work. The elevators are not ideal and look quite bad honestly. I stay there because of the location and price. If you have budget, definitely Lavande isn't an option.
