We have been to other daishs hotels previously, this is the best one for service friendly staff nothing was too much trouble for them, excellent food and accommodation I would recommend this hotel for a holiday at any time of the year good holiday company

From the moment we got on the coach and arrived at Daish’s hotel we felt at ease. The staff were great and the food was varied and excellent. Our room was just right for us and cleaned daily and tea/coffee etc was replenished daily too. Wherever we went in the hotel staff were on hand to answer any questions and happy to help. We are going again Christmas and we cannot wait, hoping we have the same room again (number 10)

First time with daishis but not the last very impressed with the hotel greeted before we even got off the coach and well informed throughout our stay Our room was spacious and spotless with comfy beds.The food gave everyone a good choice and was hot and fresh .The service in the restaurant was efficient and very friendly.A most enjoyable break and will definitely recommend and book many more breaks to enjoy as much as this hotel.

Had a lovely 4 night stay at Daishs shanklin. The hotel is dated but you get what you pay for and we had no complaints We upgraded to a superior room. Not sure what you get extra for a superior but was clean and had everything we needed. Room was cleaned every day. Public areas were also very clean and tidy. Food was very tasty, especially breakfast. Evening entertainment consisted of a cryptic quiz, bingo and an entertainer. Thoroughly enjoyed this, although feet ached with all the dancing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were always friendly and welcoming. I would normally give a shout out to members of staff who have gone the extra mile. But as they don’t wear name badges so can’t do on this occasion. Will definitely return

Nice hotel located close to bus stops and short walk to shanklin staff friendly we had a nice big bedroom on ground floor houekeeping was excellent nothing to much for them food was nice and hot and quickly served entertainment was fair will be visiting again

Bus tour via Strathmore Travel from Scotland with my sister. Danish hotel staff were mostly very nice at reception and bar but the guy who opened restaurant at breakfast and evening was very disrespectful. We had to wait outside restaurant until he opened the door it was likened to being back at school by his manner and language used. The rooms were filthy and had to be re cleaned by domestic supervisor see pictures of quality of rooms.

Another great Daish’s break. Very lucky with the weather. Hotel and our room were excellent. The staff were always cheerful and the food was delicious and varied. Entertainment was good. The driver, Jennifer was wonderful. Will definitely return soon.

From the time we got picked up the coach drivers were very polite. The hotel was very clean.Food was awesome every meal time,the server (Dean) was very attentive. Room was spacious & clean and was cleaned every day.Facilities filled up everyday.( Jackie) The 2 gents on the bar did a great job keeping us entertained every day. Bingo/ quiz and the entertainment ( shows we're excellent too. Not forgetting the reception staff they too were very informative. Thankyou for making our first break of the year a successful one. See you again.

We have had an amazing stay again thank you! Staff were friendly, rooms spotless, food was good. Our waitress (dark hair and face piercings) is a absolute diamond. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of hotel is perfect with bus stops outside hotel you can travel all over the island. My 8 year old son was over the moon this time that children's bingo took place alongside the adults bingo and was very happy with his sweets. We will definitely be back next year.
