Grazie Nana e marito per la gentile ospitalità. Sono molto disponibili e amichevoli, al nostro arrivo hanno guidato un pick-up per portare i nostri bagagli in hotel poiché l'ingresso della città vecchia proibiva l'ingresso ai veicoli. Ci hanno anche consigliato un bel ristorante nelle vicinanze e ci hanno chiamato tramite video per riportarci in hotel. Inoltre, la loro camera ha una vista incredibile con visibilità diretta del tempio Du Ke Zong! Ci siamo goduti così tanto il nostro soggiorno lì, grazie a entrambi!

Bevande calde benvenute, trasporto regolare a N dalla stazione ferroviaria organizzato dall'hotel, anche personale molto amichevole, ogni richiesta risposto anche da Lei Lei su Wechat per quanto riguarda i piatti locali, suggerimenti di shopping, ecc. E un carino regalo di caffè e biscotti freschi di yunnnan durante il check out. Lavanderia gratuita con asciugatrice. Molto consigliato!

We were initially worried about travelling to shangrila because of the altitude, but we got lucky with the hotel choice! The couple running the place is absolutely amazing!! The owner picked us up from the train station making us feel so welcomed and help us avoid all the hassle of the unlicensed taxis! Once we reach the hotel, they were also very considerate preparing Chinese desserts for us in case to ease up the discomfort due to the altitude (all FOC)! The room were also very modern with smart home system and heater available in the room! Oxygen supplies also available which makes it so convenient ( we really use it in the middle of the night as we lack of the oxygen)! The owner also prepare us with heat pad and lots of snacks as well! Highly recommended this place!

I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff eventhough they can’t speak English but they tried their level best to communicate via wechat and translate.From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was how they helped arrange transportation for my trip to Lijiang and even coordinated my transfer for the Balagezong tour. On the day of my trip to Balagezong,the staff personally sent me to the nearest bus station by motorcycle to make sure I caught the right bus on time—something I never expected, but deeply appreciated. This level of care and attention made my journey smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and cozy, but it’s the warm and genuinely helpful service that made it special. It's a family business, everyone who hosted us are really kind and welcoming. Highly recommend their breakfast too, made us felt like home in this cold weather. But the location is short walk from the old town.
