Hotel in zona Napa Sea Scenic Area, Shangri-La

Ho avuto il soggiorno più meraviglioso al LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor a Shangri-La! Tutto era perfetto, dalla bella stanza alla vista e all'atmosfera tranquilla, ma ciò che rendeva veramente inoltrabile questa esperienza era il loro personale. Da quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno accolto con caldezza e genuina gentilezza; non erano solo utili, erano pensanti, curati e davvero dedicati a farci sentire a casa. La loro attenzione ai dettagli era incredibile, anticipando le nostre esigenze prima di dover chiedere e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Viaggiare con un bambino qui mi sentiva senza difficoltà. Il personale amava assolutamente il mio bambino, e il sentimento era reciproco. Il mio bambino li amava tanto quanto loro. La loro gentilezza e la loro cura ci facevano sentire sicuri, confortevoli e profondamente grati per la loro ospite. Il personale qui non fa solo il loro lavoro, mette i loro cuori in modo da rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Il loro calore, la loro pazienza e la loro attenzione li separano, e meritano davvero tutto il riconoscimento nel mondo. Se cerchi non solo comfort e splendide viste, ma anche le persone più gentili e più autentiche, questo è il posto. Un milione di volte raccomandato!

We truly truly enjoyed our stay here. The view, the animals, the staff, everything was great. We had to get used to the climate but after 1 night, everything is well! We're Muslims and the hotel prepared a vegetarian breakfast for us. The hotel also prepared us tea time, evening special drink sent to our rooms. It was really enjoyable. They were not stingy as well. Sent us to the nearest farm for horseriding experience, gave us goody bag when we checked out. We even had a free photoshoot, complete with traditional costumes! The hotel is about 20mins away from dukezong town, I think it's ok! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This place is definitely one of my best stays! Amazing view, super friendly and helpful host, great room and the smart toilet even come with a built in bidet (somewhat rare in China). We extended our stay as we really liked the place! The host offered to pick us up and send us back to the railway station for free. Communication is easy via Wechat. She even offered us breakfast throughout our stay (corns milk since the rest of the food is not halal). The place is around 20 mins from Dukezong Ancient Town and railway station, but didi is available. This place is really suitable for those looking to relax while enjoying amazing view overlooking hills, and the famous Napahai Lake. It was our luck that we came here when it was snowy, but this place is beautiful even during other season.

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. We recently stayed 4 nights here in November and it was a true 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. Our driver wondered why we chose to stay at a “remote” area but it was so peaceful and and view is breathtaking especially during the golden sunrise hour. Our 2 young kids had so many highlights from feeding the animals to toasting marshmallow and singing karaoke in front of the campfire and under the stars. Shangrila was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Yunan and we look forward to staying here again.

A top-class luxury resort. Fantastic views of the grazing meadows and excellent service all-round. Even though the hotel location is 10-15 mins drive away from the Old City and the airport, the hotel offers free pickup and dropoff service at both locations. Rooms are clean and well-furnished and breakfast was good. There are animals (goats, horses, dogs, and even two alpacas) roaming around the property which makes for a very relaxing and laidback vibe. Outside the rooms, there are tents and free seating around the lake where visitors and hotel guests can soak in the great views. Overall a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Shangri-La. 一家非常优秀和豪华的酒店。从房间一拉开窗帘就看到了辽阔的牧场、绿油油的大草原、险峻的大山岭、和自由奔跑的动物（有小绵羊，马，狗，和两只非常可爱的羊驼），真是令人感到舒心又解压。虽然酒店里古城和机场有十几分钟，但是酒店免费提供接送服务所以非常方便。性价比较高但花的每一分钱都是值得的！100%推荐！

Sono venuto di nuovo alla Shangri-La Shili Snow Mountain. Il mio fratellino è ancora così entusiasta. Shili non mi ha mai deluso tutto l'anno. Ciò che mi piace di più qui è che lo scenario è così bello. Puoi vedere il mare di erba e montagne innevate mentre sono sdraiato sul letto. Cavalli al galoppo, adorabili alpaca~ Se ne avrò la possibilità, starò con la mia famiglia ancora per qualche giorno, è un piacere semplicemente sdraiarmi in silenzio~~~

Dịch vụ rất tuyệt vời, mọi người đều thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Mọi người rất tốt bụng, họ cho chúng tôi rất nhiều đồ ăn. Buổi tối khi tôi đang ăn lẩu và bị sặc cay, một nhân viên gần đó thấy vậy đã tặng chúng tôi 2 chai sữa dừa, và nó hoàn toàn free. A Truly Memorable Stay at ”Under the East Fence of Shangri-La Napahai Nature Reserve” I recently had the pleasure of staying at ”Under the East Fence of Shangri-La Napahai Nature Reserve,” and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the host, Guozi, who is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. Guozi went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She upgraded me to a larger room than what I had booked, which was such a lovely surprise. The room itself was very cool — equipped with all the latest Chinese technology, including automated curtains, voice-controlled lighting, TV projector, screen, and a music system. The heated floors were an absolute treat, especially in the chilly Shangri-La weather. The view from the room was simply breathtaking, with a full window wall overlooking the stunning landscape of the Napahai Nature Reserve. Waking up to such a view was an unforgettable experience. Guozi’s hospitality didn’t stop there—she even made tea for me, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The dinner is simple and delicious. Great coffee and Chinese breakfast in the morning. On the day of my departure, her husband kindly drove me to the railway station, which was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of stress. Another highlight of my stay was meeting Hong Gongzi (The Red Prince), their adorable and majestic Alaskan Malamute. He’s a huge, fluffy, and gentle giant who added so much joy to my visit. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll absolutely adore him! The location itself is stunning, nestled near the Napahai Nature Reserve, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. It is located well away from town. Overall, my experience at this home stay was exceptional, thanks to Guozi’s warmth, the luxurious and tech-savvy accommodations, and the charming company of Hong Gongzi. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La and hope to return one day!
