雨崩徒步以後入住英迪格，得到很好的休息，酒店景觀超讚，玩累了就在酒店可以看到古城全景個和寺廟。服務很贊，進大堂就給我們兩杯薑茶驅寒，早餐很豐富，收空盤也很快，服務人員很專注每個住店客人，需要任何服務都能很快跟上。房間有製氧機，但是退房後才發現是，之前一直以為是加濕器

今年三月新張的酒店，作為洲際系酒店，設計藝術感突出；庭院其中有關“馬”的現代雕塑作品，與麗江英迪格酒店一脈相承，反映“茶馬古道”主題；大堂、居室、樓道等地色彩，採取對比色，引人注目。
客房床品舒服；陽台正對獨克宗古城，常見雲捲雲舒；服務標準；洗滌用品一般。
早餐🥣精細，份量適宜，洲際系酒店的水準；也是疫情其間入住酒店中的上品。
這裡是在香格里拉旅行必住的酒店。

非常舒適的環境跟絕佳地理位置，酒店的腹地特別大，現有走走轉轉就能待上好一會，未來還有專門的商店街令人期待，早餐好吃選擇多，一定再次光顧！

此次雲南行，住了麗江璞修雪山酒店，香格里拉悦榕莊等，與它們相比，月光城英迪格是服務細節最好，住得最舒服的。
整個服務團隊都彬彬有禮，熱情又適度，會主動關心，提供幫助。特別感謝餐廳Hugo Hu先生，親切地給我們演示怎麼吃一頓正宗的藏式早餐；Ava Zhao 小姐，熱情地給我們解答景點行程問題，教小朋友和小魚嬉戲；Gavin Xu先生，在廚房剛好停止服務的時候，幫忙協調，讓我們在趕飛機前有限的時間裏及時吃上了午餐；前台Emma Yang 小姐，幫忙解答乘飛機問題，還給小朋友送上了可愛的禮物；行李車司機Jack 楊虎發先生，特別親切地給我們介紹酒店觀景台，講解酒店周圍璀璨夜景的建築。整個酒店服務團隊都像他們一樣，有禮主動，並且全員微笑以對，令人如沐春風，感覺真的難能可貴。
酒店的疫情防控服務也是一流。吃早餐時，服務員會為每個沒有佩戴口罩的客人提供口罩，餐廳入口處也可以自取，公用衞生間都有酒精濕巾可以取用。房間裏也準備了安心包，包括口罩，一小瓶酒精以及濕巾。
早餐很豐富，現做的雞蛋餅特別美味，酥油茶套餐的口味也比古城餐廳裏的更温和適口。午餐在點評上團購了套餐，本想着隨意吃一頓，沒想到幾個簡單的菜都做得很精緻，尤其酸辣湯口味令人驚艷。
陽台房觀景一流，夜景更美。酒店交通便利，步行去古城中心不到十分鐘，去機場也衹需要開車十分鐘。
月光城英迪格，完美的入住體驗，服務好到令人感動，值得強烈推薦。

Hotel Indigo is situated on the top of a hill, overseeing the ancient town. We enjoyed the very beautiful view and scenery from our room and the restaurant, where added-on one breakfast during our stay just to enjoy the view and ambience. The food options during breakfast were average with a mixture of international and local food. Rooms were very clean with daily housekeeping service. Buggy service is also available to bring you from the main lobby to the rooms. The only downside is the walk up the hill when returning to the hotel from the ancient town, as it can be quite tiring and made worst by the altitude. Would definitely recommend staying here during your time in Shangri-la!

We only stay a night, but the room and the staff is excellent. Got upgraded to a balcony room and the view is to die for! Walking distance to the old town but in a quiet part of town. Highly recommended

hotel is new. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well designed. A New hotel also means some inexperience staff, but everyone tries their best.
One downside of the hotels location is the walking path to the old town is quite long as the direct pathway is currently blocked. Hope that changes

We are travelling as a family with young kids. The location is convents located near the town centre, and 10 mins ride to airport. Besides View from room’s balcony is amazing, the staff are helpful and polite in assisting in all ways.
