Everything is too good! Staffs are helpful, and location easy to reach by Didi. Near to Railway station—around 5minutes by car. 25minutes to Dukezong ancient city. 20minutes to Shika snow mountain.

The hotel is super nice and highly recommended.
The view from the lobby and room is beyond amazing. We really love the room design, the equipments and amenities are really great.
They even provided oxygen generator and humidifier in the room.
We had breakfast and dinner at hotel and the taste were perfect.
On top of that, all the staffs were super nice and helpful. They took care of us very well and we were much impressed.
If you have plan to Shangrila, I really recommend this hotel. You won’t regret.

I would recommend this homestay for families and newly wed couples. The ambience of this homestay is comfy and peaceful. Views from the room is like a million dollar view, full of mountains with blue sky and puffy clouds. Each room is in charge by a butler with personalized service. It’s a once in a life time experience that I will never forget 😁

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made the check-in process seamless and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was especially cozy and they have many cute animals right outside the room. 🥹🥹 they provide hearty breakfast and the people were so friendly.
We look forward to returning on my next trip!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special by helping to pre-decorate our room in advance—it was such a thoughtful touch that made our celebration even more memorable.
Since it was our first time visiting Shangri-La, the hotel staff proactively checked in with us and provided useful advice, including information about high-altitude sickness and recommendations for interesting places to visit. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and well-prepared for our trip.
Additionally, we were allowed to check in early, which was a huge convenience after our journey. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, with cozy floor heating that kept us warm despite the chilly weather. The room was very comfortable, with a strong internet connection, making our stay both relaxing and convenient. To top it all off, we even received a free gift upon checkout, which was a lovely surprise!
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and attention to detail. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shangri-La!

It was an amazing stay and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Firstly, we got a free room upgrade with a better view of mountains and closer to the animals. The room is also really comfortable, they provided us oxygen machine, humidifier, floor heating etc. We still felt a bit cold despite the heating, so the staff even brought a portable heater for us. We arrived at the hotel after the afternoon tea time had ended but we could still order drinks, which were very delicious!! We were also served with fruits and snacks on arrival. The hotel also provided Muslim friendly breakfasts for us! We booked an appointment for the tibeten clothing and photography, which were so beautiful! Especially so with the Napahai Grassland and the animals in the background!!
The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything that we needed. The hotel provided Airport/Train Station transfers and the staffs helped carry all ourluggages to the train station. We were also given snacks for us to enjoy during our train ride. It was really thoughtful, and the snacks were delicious!
It is truly an amazing and one of a kind stay!! This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Yunnan 👍

It was great experience & warm hospitality from this hotel. If have 100 stars, I would definitely rate 100 stars! The services from the first, picked us at Dukezong ancient city till the last day they send us to the Xianggelilla Railway Station early in the morning to catch up the first train. We really appreciated! They even packed us some snacks since we cannot have our breakfast at the hotel.
This hotel also upgraded us to the very beautiful room with view with no charge since low season. This effort make us truly touched! Hopefully can visit this hotel again next time. I definitely recommended to stay at this hotel if you want tranquility & serenity staycation!

We only had 1 night in Shangri-la and decided to splurge on this hotel located at Napahai Lake.
From the start to the time we said good bye to the hotel staffs, the experience was top notch.
The location was amazing, with field of grassland, the human friendly animals and the snow capped mountain as the backdrop, this place was truly magical. The view from our room on the 2nd floor was jaw dropping. They have amenities including oxygen concentrator in case you have AMS and I truly love the scented toiletries and the hot bath. The staffs were kind, friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. The 3 huskies were their additional friendly staffs.. i kinda missed them already. As for the food, the hotel offered vegetarian breakfast for muslim customers too. We did not try their coffee but the hot floral welcoming tea was delicious. We fully utilised their complimentary traditional ******* clothing, eventhough it was only for 30mimutes but I felt it was sufficient for us to take good photos. Highly recommended stay 100%! Hospitality was superb!!
