Posto incantevole. Servizio impeccabile con estrema gentilezza e attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti. Un’esperienza unica in una bellissima location.

1、虛假宣傳，訂房的時候看到面積寫着35平，到了房間後超級小，小到無語，我老公測了下衹有4*6=24平，這個面積包含陽台。
2、室內非常破敗，地板凹凸不平，半夜上廁所差點摔倒，牆面很臟，衞生間的熱水放了很久很久才出熱水，天很冷差點感冒，1500一晚的房間洗手液都是兑了好多水的，真的很寒酸，製氧機一晚上噪音奇大，外面雖然看得到景色，但是私隱非常差，躺床上開着窗户外面有人走來走去。
3、早餐真的驚呆到我了，一盤子預製菜，昨晚吃的火鍋的鹹菜和歡迎水果又一次出現在七拼八湊的早餐盤裡，沒有什麼蛋白質，主打一個營養不良，盡顯寒酸。
退房的時候服務員讓不要給差評不然會被扣工資，我衹想説，這個差評是給老闆的，賺錢還是要講良心

我們對這家酒店抱有很高的期望，因為它是整個旅程中最貴的酒店（每晚250美元），但結果卻是最令人失望的體驗：
1. 位置不方便，附近沒有便利設施
2. 卧室比較老舊，光線昏暗（即使打開所有燈也一樣）
3. 大多數電源插座無法使用（連接鬆動）
4. 浴室清潔不徹底（有尿味，排水管堵塞）
5. 我們的一個房間被安排在酒店的盡頭，人行道上沒有燈。晚上很黑，根本無法行走！
6. 其中一衹鹿受了重傷，傷口開放，酒店似乎對此漠不關心（沒有綳帶）
7. 藏族服裝和攝影體驗按先到先得的原則提供。所以如果你到酒店晚了，第二天早上才離開，很可能酒店已經訂滿了，你就沒機會享受這項服務了（洗衣服務也一樣）。
8. 最棒的是，工作人員帶我們看房間的時候，竟然穿着鞋走進了房間。前台後來解釋説，工作人員穿着鞋進入酒店房間是正常現象。很棒的公關回復，哈哈，所以大家要注意地板衞生~
總結：同樣的價格，在市區可以住到服務更好的五星級酒店，所以花錢要精打細算~

Everything about my stay here was perfect! The staff is super friendly and so nice! My room was very spacious and the view is so beautiful. It is so relaxing. The bed is really comfortable. The restaurant makes delicious meals. It’s very well located. Not too far from the railway station and the ancient city.
I am already looking forward to coming back.

I am very impressed with the hotel architecture that respects to the beautiful nature around the hotel. The view from the hotel is magnificent from day to night. I love to play with all the three big friendly dogs. The food at hotel restaurant is very delicious both dinner and breakfast. The hotel coffee shop is so homey and comfortable with a very good drinks and cakes. Every staffs are so kind and gentle to deliver super good services.

It was an amazing stay and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Firstly, we got a free room upgrade with a better view of mountains and closer to the animals. The room is also really comfortable, they provided us oxygen machine, humidifier, floor heating etc. We still felt a bit cold despite the heating, so the staff even brought a portable heater for us. We arrived at the hotel after the afternoon tea time had ended but we could still order drinks, which were very delicious!! We were also served with fruits and snacks on arrival. The hotel also provided Muslim friendly breakfasts for us! We booked an appointment for the tibeten clothing and photography, which were so beautiful! Especially so with the Napahai Grassland and the animals in the background!!
The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything that we needed. The hotel provided Airport/Train Station transfers and the staffs helped carry all ourluggages to the train station. We were also given snacks for us to enjoy during our train ride. It was really thoughtful, and the snacks were delicious!
It is truly an amazing and one of a kind stay!! This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Yunnan 👍

1.The dogs are cute. 2.The service was good and friendly. We had an early flight at 845 and one of the staff picked us up early at 715 to the airport.
