L'ubicazione non è male, facile da raggiungere e a pochi passi dal centro. L'accoglienza è il servizio però si fanno un po' desiderare, come pure la pulizia, inoltre gli asciugamani in camera sono monouso, ma ne hanno forniti solo per un giorno e abbiano dovuto recuperarli anche per il secondo. In compenso ci hanno lasciato fare una lavatrice.

Poiché viaggiavo con una persona anziana e un bambino, gli hotel che ho scelto lungo il percorso erano tutti puliti e silenziosi. Questo hotel ha soddisfatto perfettamente le mie esigenze. Gli anziani e i bambini hanno dormito bene e l'hotel ha anche fornito il servizio di trasferimento. fuori dai servizi. Ci vogliono solo 10 minuti per raggiungere la stazione di Shangri-La. È molto bello. Gli asciugamani e gli asciugamani dell'hotel sono usa e getta e molto igienici per un solo uso. Gli articoli da toeletta sono tutti della nostra marca. Great location and friendly staff, they let us leave our bag till late before we are going to airport

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The owner was super friendly and helpful — he helped us book a one-day trip to Balagezong, called DiDi for us, recommended great places to eat, and gave really useful tips on how to take care of myself and the kids in the high-altitude weather. The room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed, especially an oxygen machine and also a washing machine and even a place to hang clothes to dry. There is warm drinking water available all the time. The location was perfect — we could walk to the old town, but it was also easy to get a ride right to the hotel. My kids said they miss this place and really want to go back!

The staff is helpful and able to communicate well via Google translate.He pickup timely at railway station and assist to arrange e-scoot rental for my touring around the ancient city.The best is he upgraded my room with the view of open roof which I can have a great view in the night and gave me free coffee packet Thank you!!

A wondeful place to stay in Shangri la. Owner very helpful. Told him i got headache, and he went all the way to get medication, help to arrsnge Balagezhong trip which is a wonderful trip

Hotel was on a popular street nearby the old town. Only a 10 minutes walk there. Was hoping to be able to see stars with this area has too much light to do so.

Me and my husband stay here for 1 night and it was a pleasant stay for us..the location is near to the ancient town, just a walking distant.. beside the hotel is a place to rent traditional costume. We actually came to Yunnan without an agent, and the owner of the hotel take us around with a very reasonable price.. he takes us to every place in shangri-la for 1 day.. he even help us took video and photo🥰 the hotel was very comfortable and it has floor heater to keep us warm during the winter..the room also provide oxygen concentrator.. the room is spacious for the price and the bed was comfortable.. they provide disposable towel and face towel with other amenities.. beside the hotel, there was restaurant and convenient store so it is easy for us to buy snacks.. the owner was super nice and helpful, even though he can't speak english but we use google translate to communicate🥰 thank you for making our trip fun and enjoyable🥰

The best hotel i stay in shangrila have oxigen machine, heater floor, bed heater, hot water, the staf very friendly and help many info i have. Free pickup from train station. Clean, nice room. Also i have snowfall at this hotel when i stay here very lucky me. Thanks for staf and owner we love to stay here🤍

Great hotel, it is nearby the old town. The staff is very friendly help us to book ticket for Balagezong. It also offer free tea and free oxygen tank. It also has heater at the lobby so you can heat up your body after snow in Shangri La

The place is near to the road and u will have no trouble draging your bags, the taxi can drop u off in front of the hotel, it is also Near to the dukezong, you can js walk if you want. The host is familiar with tourist communicate through wechat translate or google translet.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly + free car pickup from the train station. Can walk to the old town and the Guishan temple within 10 mins.
