clean hotel with unique design. location is perfect and hotel owners are very friendly and welcoming!

Loved the design of the room. The bed was very comfortable. Location is convenient walk to old city main square and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

We wish we could spend more nights here. The staffs were so helpful and insightful. The location of the hotel is strategic, not so far from the shops and main attractions.

I wondered why nobody find out this hotel. It’s treasure. Affordable price. Excellent location. Is a family run business. Love every single details of the rooms. Love the heating floor which really keep us warm. Friendly host. Must come to see yourself

Everything was perfect. The master helped us a lot with booking bus to Balagezong + Shambhala and recommended good restaurants. First time having Yak’s hotpot and WE LOVE IT!

This is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate. The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked. The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up. A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months: 1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in. 2. Proper bath towels are essential. 3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor. 4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).

非常滿意！在雲南十幾天這個客棧是住的最舒服的，臨時訂的，所以不便宜，但是住進去之後一分錢一分貨，房間裏每一個物件都非常有質感古典，床品非常舒服，整個房間非常乾淨，燈光也非常美！早餐也很好吃！去龜山公園和去吃飯都非常方便！還能開車到達！！強烈推薦～

房間和圖片上一模一樣，兩張床之間有隔斷，非常適合親子一大家人來住。服務態度很好，很熱情。晚上很安靜，睡得很好。位置好，離順順小吃很近，離也比較近。按照高德地圖去大佛寺和轉經筒步行8分鐘，超近。早餐包括玉米、小米粥、雞蛋，米線很好吃。

1，老闆人非常好，我們一到酒店就關照如果有高反隨時都可以找他，半夜小姨有高反，老闆給安排了製氧機和葯； 2，房間很大，設施齊全，配套完善，還有水果，非常乾淨舒適； 3，早飯有稀粥、玉米、雞蛋、米線，特別要誇獎一下老闆做的米線，比飯店的好吃，非常贊！ 真的是非常棒的客棧，10分好評，推薦！

老闆老闆娘都很nice，非常親切有家的感覺。酒店舒適，服務也很好，及時給你自駕遊路線規劃上的中肯建議，避坑了不少。早餐的米線實在美味，還是老闆親自下廚，贊一個👍 😀

酒店環境很好，老闆和老闆娘人很熱情，酒店位置也不錯，在古鎮裏能有這樣的住宿個人覺得很好了，還給我們免費升級到了家庭房，早餐的米線口味也是槓槓的。老闆還推薦我們去了巴拉克宗遊玩

客棧設計的古樸精緻，老闆夫婦都很熱情，早餐做的很美味，房間設定的很典雅，床品高檔舒適堪比五星，離店老闆還贈送了紅茶伴手禮，以後去香格里拉首選還是他家。
