clean hotel with unique design. location is perfect and hotel owners are very friendly and welcoming!

Loved the design of the room. The bed was very comfortable. Location is convenient walk to old city main square and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

It was such a great stay. The hotel is 2mins walk from the center of the ancient town, you can go everywhere in a blink of an eye. The hotel is supper clean, feel like home to me. It looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very supportive. He suggested 3 local restaurant for us to try during our 3 days here, and not one I can complain, both were supper nice, great dishes and not expensive. He even drove us to the airport early in the morning free of charge. Really recommend this hotel.

We wish we could spend more nights here. The staffs were so helpful and insightful. The location of the hotel is strategic, not so far from the shops and main attractions.

I wondered why nobody find out this hotel. It’s treasure. Affordable price. Excellent location. Is a family run business. Love every single details of the rooms. Love the heating floor which really keep us warm. Friendly host. Must come to see yourself

Everything was perfect. The master helped us a lot with booking bus to Balagezong + Shambhala and recommended good restaurants. First time having Yak’s hotpot and WE LOVE IT!

This is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate. The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked. The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up. A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months: 1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in. 2. Proper bath towels are essential. 3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor. 4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).

Hotel muy bien ubicado y limpio. Tienen servicio de recogida en estación de tren o aeropuerto. El hotel se ve muy nuevo. Excelente opción para estar cerca de todo.

看了很多很多的民宿.最終預訂這間.民宿位於古城範圍的邊邊.打車方便.去哪裡都方便.步行不用20分鐘就到龜山公園.可以打卡最大的轉經筒.民宿旁邊有個停車場.停車場過去就是月光城.挺方便.老闆娘還會推薦好食的店.味道也是很不錯的.預訂民宿還能有免費接送一次😍下次再去香格里拉繼續入住.

Menginap di hotel ini sangat menyenangkan. Pemiliknya sangat baik dan sangat membantu kami. Adik saya kurang oksigen dan kurang sehat. Pemilik dengan sangat baik memberikan kami oksigen dan obat. Hotelnya bersih, fasilitas dalam kamar baik. Kamarnya sangat nyaman dengan pemanas yang baik. Hotel ini benar benar sangat rekomendasi. Jika saya kembali ke shangri la lagi maka saya akan menginap di hotel ini.

房間床品和設施都很好，整個民宿的設計風格是雅緻的中國風，很符合空谷幽蘭的意境，地理位置也很好，出行非常方便。老闆娘還幫忙曬衣服和收衣服，非常感謝🙏

民宿新，房間大，乾淨，位置方便，附近很多吃的，靠近獨克宗古城，老闆和老闆娘招待很好，老闆親自煮的米線早餐很不錯，民宿有提供地暖和供氧，十分推薦這間民宿
