L'intera stanza ha una struttura a colonne in legno semplice e di alta qualità, la moquette nella stanza è confortevole, l'armadio boutique è decorato con molte cose buone e la colazione è progettata con cura e ha molti stili.

L'hotel dispone di servizi completi, le camere sono molto grandi e i tappeti spessi sono molto confortevoli.C'è un parcheggio gratuito all'ingresso.Il tetto sul tetto può vedere lo scenario dell'intera città antica, e puoi guardare le stelle notte.
Il capo è anche molto gentile e ha aggiornato la nostra stanza.Ogni volta che usciamo e torniamo, possiamo vedere che la stanza è pulita e ordinata!
Sicuramente sceglierò questo quando verrò a Shangri-La in futuro!

Il servizio del personale della reception è molto buono, siamo molto soddisfatti. Lo svantaggio è che l'acqua calda per fare il bagno nella stanza non è tempestiva e ci vogliono almeno 5 minuti perché l'acqua sia calda. Anche la porta e la serratura non sembravano molto sicure. L'igiene è generalmente buona.

The hotel reception Ms 垚垚 is very friendly and helpful during our check-in, she help us to carry up all our luggages to the room located on 2nd floor 😀
We stay here like our own home 🏡 and resealable price 💰

I would not recommend a stay in this hotel. The room is filthy - all rooms have carpet. Carpet had bugs, cobwebs, hair, dirt. The room was freezing, the heating unit is poor. The shower had only room temperature water, no hot water. We couldn’t shower because it was so cold. The breakfast was terrible. They did not ask if we wanted the western or Chinese breakfast and assumed since we are foreign we’d like the stale bread with a slice of tomato and lettuce. When I asked about a refund, they said they had provided the service and weren’t able to refund. After pointing out how the service they provided was a flat out lie - no hot water, dirty rooms - they offered 50% refund. I negotiated up to 70%. I shouldn’t have had to do negotiate. They apologized profusely and acknowledged they didn’t provide the service they were supposed to but were unwilling to refund the full amount. I told TRIP.com this hotel should not be listed anymore. It is unhygienic. Do not stay here.

Beautiful ******* style hotel in the Shangri-la old town. We had an amazing view of the Dafo Temple and Prayer Wheel. Jackie speaks perfect English and was so helpful with booking transportation, recommending restaurants and experiences, and even getting up super early to make sure we had a nice breakfast before a 6:30am airport departure! The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding! Charming rooms and lobby with cool ******* artwork. We’re definitely coming back soon!

We spent 2 nights in Dukesong, Shangri-la. The hotel has a beautiful entrance. We chose the room on the last floor. The room has a private balcony with an amazing view. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, just a low pressure in the shower. Good breakfast. The lady at the front desk is really kind. When we arrived in Shangri-la she came to pick us up cause we got lost.
