Un bel B&B gestito da una coppia. La posizione è buona e vicino alla città antica. È stato positivo che la stanza avesse il riscaldamento a pavimento in un freddo inverno. La direttrice è stata gentile e disponibile a portare i miei bagagli su e giù per le scale e mi ha persino offerto un trasferimento gratuito all'aeroporto di Shangri-La. Hanno pochi gatti carini nell'hotel. Vorrei solo che fornissero la colazione gratuita. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

My recent stay at Tseten Wangmo Resort was truly an unforgettable experience. The hospitality of the family who runs the hotel was outstanding. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself exudes local charm and offers a genuine taste of Yunnan's rich cultural heritage. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches that added to the overall ambiance. What truly set this hotel apart was the personal touch and warmth of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering great tips on local attractions and even helping to arrange transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-la City. It provides a unique and heartwarming experience that you won't find in larger, more impersonal hotels. Thank you to the wonderful family for making my holiday so special!

Had a fantastic stay here. It had a great location to Ancient City and close to the street for easy Didi/ taxi. The room was very clean. The hostess was very responsive to our questions and needs. It’s nice to support both small businesses and ******* owned businesses.
