Very good experience staying at this hotel. They provided free pickup from the railway station. Pickup was also on time. The staff very friendly and attentive. The room was very nice, spacious and fully equipped. Location inside of the ancient town, and walking distance to halal restaurants for Muslim travelers. Overall everything was excellent, would stay at this place if i visit Shang Ri La again in the future. Thank you!

Everything was excellent. The staff cannot speak English but we communicate efficiently through wechat. Despite language barrier, the service is impressive. They try to cater to our needs and fast to respond to inquiries. The hotel is modern and futuristic, with buttons to control almost everything jn the room. Having floor and mattress temperature control, having an oxygen tank with nasal prong which is especially helpful in high altitudes. The location is very near to old town and bus stop. Making it easy to access to scenic areas. We went to Balagezong from nearest bus station and was dropped off near hotel. Everything is excellent. Totally recommend a stay here (: great hotel with great staff.

The room was great. Owner is kind and he will help you if you have questions. Location is superb, close to Shangrila Ancient Town, Guishan Park, and the market by bike. There are lots of supermarkets around if you need daily necessities. For muslim travellers, there is one halal restaurant just few walks outside hotel. Overall, our stay experience was great 👍🏼 ^^

Everything is good. They even provide pickup service. However, there is currently having road construction work outside.

I’m from malaysia & every things about this hotel is so perfect. They provided pick up & drop off service from station for free. The host also very kind and helpful eventhogh i can’t speak chinese. I love the hotel because it keeps you warm and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again if i come to shangri-la. The distance from hotel to ancient city also not to far. Only 5 mins walkaway. I just love every single things about this hotel. The price also reasonable.

Amazing stay, extremely convenient and high tech. Room has all the equipment listed from floor heating to oxygenator. Every thing can be voice control when you are feeling comfy on your bed!! Service is excellent, hotel offers transport to airport or railway and helped us with booking of tours and stuff. Super welcoming!!

剛從香格里拉回來，心還沉醉在那片純凈的天空和壯麗的風景裏，而這次旅程的舒適與愜意，很大一部分要歸功於我們入住的牧雲民宿！毫不誇張地説，這絕對是我住過最滿意的民宿之一，從硬件到軟件，從細節到氛圍，都堪稱典範，強烈推薦給每一位計劃前往香格里拉的朋友！ 首先，必須給 超大後院停車場點個超大的贊！對於自駕遊的我們來説，這簡直是剛需中的剛需。民宿後院空間非常寬敞，停車方便又安全，完全不用擔心車位緊張或者車輛剮蹭的問題。卸下行李、安頓愛車，旅途的疲憊瞬間就卸掉了一半，這份安心感是旅程順利開始的關鍵。 走進房間，無論是地板、桌面、衞浴設施，都打理得一塵不染，光潔如新。這種清爽的環境讓人心情舒暢，也足見民宿主人對衞生的高標準和用心維護。房間的佈局合理，空間利用得當，既保證了私密性，又不會顯得侷促。 最讓我念念不忘的是 床品的極致舒適度！床墊軟硬適中，完美支撐身體；被褥蓬鬆柔軟，親膚感極佳；枕頭高度也恰到好處。在海拔稍高的地方，一個優質的睡眠至關重要。在牧雲的那晚，我幾乎是沾枕即眠，一夜無夢到天亮，第二天醒來神清氣爽，充滿活力地去探索香格里拉的美景。這份高質量的睡眠體驗，絕對是旅程中的巨大加分項。 前台的服務更是温暖貼心，值得五星好評！工作人員笑容親切，態度熱情周到。無論是入住時的耐心指引，還是離店時的細心提醒，都讓人如沐春風。諮詢周邊景點、餐飲推薦、交通建議等，他們都能給出非常實用且中肯的訊息，彷彿一位熟悉當地的老朋友在幫忙。那份真誠和主動，讓身處異鄉的我們倍感温暖和踏實。 最後不得不提的是它 無可挑剔的地理位置，牧雲的位置簡直太絕了！去哪裡都異常方便。它安靜地坐落在一隅，避開了主街的喧囂，保證了夜晚的寧靜。但同時，步行到獨克宗古城核心區域、月光廣場、龜山公園（大佛寺轉經筒）等重要景點和餐廳聚集地，都衹是幾分鐘到十幾分鐘的路程。既能享受便利，又能擁有靜謐，真正做到了鬧中取靜，地理位置的優勢無可比擬。

位置就在獨克宗古城門口 特別特別方便，連住了兩天，全屋智能 有吸氧機，房間很乾凈寬敞 毛巾浴巾都有一次性的 這一點很貼心！退房要去高鐵站 我都忘了還有接送站服務，老闆主動説送我們去 必須給大大的好評！

很巧合的網上看到好評，打電話問有房間就直接過來了，房間設施很好，木質地板和牆面，配備地暖。衞浴裝修也很好，恆温淋浴🚿 舒適度很高，連開關的質感都很好。 地理位置：很便利，步行去古城吃飯六分鐘，附近也有一家不錯的重慶餐廳（幺妹炒菜） 服務：每個管家都很友好，管家小妹妹推薦了土司晚宴，那是我在香格里拉三天行程裏玩的最開心的一天！ 推薦這家民宿，性價比超高！
