LIANC HOTEL

The hotel very close to old town, walkable for 10 minutes. Hotel provides very good breakfast. On check out day they provided transfer to railway station, that was wonderful.

I have encountered that my room tempature is very high. I have adjusted and call the hotel staff to help up. End up they gave us a fan. We stayed 2 nights and requested to change room but they said all rooms are full. We has complaint it through trip.com chat. They agreed to change a new room for the next day. Th hotel is new and near the east gate of gucheng. Although the first night happened, it is a pleasant stay.

- Good location with walkable distance to the old city - Provide free pick up and drop off service (by hotel’s specified time) to the train station - Nice and tasty breakfast - Staff’s service- mind could have been improved for high- rated hotel. They answered questions (in the hotel’s chat) by pattern providing (kind of cold conversation) without paying attention to customers’ details. We didn’t ask for more than hotel service could provide, just needed their recommendations on the suitable transportation for 8 people with 8 big luggages and 8 small bags in the early morning. They just told us that the time we needed the transfer service was too early. They didn’t start working yet. We need to call 2 taxis by ourselves. That’s it. We ABSOLUTELY understood and didn’t ask the hotel to provide us this service. But the answer of calling 2 taxis by ourselves and ended the conversation was something disappointing. How come 2 taxis could serve all of us and luggages.

There are two washing machines and two dryers at 1st floor. The lady staff helped to take out my laundry from the dryer and folded nicely into a clean bag. Thank you.

good location and friendly staff, even got free service to the airport

We stayed at family room. The room provides oxygen machine. Location is good! The washing machine and dryer are the plus point for us.
