Posso dare a questo hotel cinque stelle. La prima è per il suo ambiente pulito e ordinato. La seconda per il suo buon atteggiamento nel servizio, la gentilezza e l'organizzazione premurosa. La terza per la pulizia della camera. C'è nessun odore particolare nell'aria; il quarto è perché il posto mi piace molto e posso dominare tutta la città antica; il quinto è perché la signora è molto attenta e la sera mi fornisce souvenir e latte caldo.

Room is big and spacious, with good heater and electric blanket. The projection tv is good and makes you feel like having a movie session in your bed.

This place is lovely!! Beautiful, relax, super comfortable. We booked the room with view of the temple and it is really nice. The bed and sofa is super comfortable. 4k projector is super cool! The owner is extremely helpful. We had to leave early in the morning at 7am and it would be hard to get taxi in this small town that early. He volunteered to help without any cost. We tried to pay him but he didn't take it. I'm so appreciative for his help. Waking up at 7am in this cold town is hard, temperature is -8 degree, car engine is frozen, no one wants to get out of bed at such hour. But he is willing to help without any expectation. Such a wonderful person. We just wish we stayed longer in this amazing hotel

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for a week, and it was an exceptional experience. The room was incredibly spacious with breathtaking mountain views, and the heated floors made it very cosy. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Dukezong Ancient City—making it convenient to explore the area. The service was impeccable; the family who runs this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Their warm hospitality truly made this a “home away from home” experience. 入住香格里拉独克宗古城的丹缦民宿一周，体验非常棒！✨ 房间宽敞舒适，地暖设计超贴心，180°山景太惊艳了！民宿地理位置非常方便，步行就能逛古城。最让人感动的是老板一家特别热情，像家人一样照顾我们，让整个旅行更温暖。 如果来香格里拉旅游，强烈推荐这里！❤️

We had a pleasant stay in Danzi. Location is nice, not at the crowded area. Not far from muslim halal restaurant. Hotel room super nice, we love the spacious room. Receive some tit bits, foods, milk from hotel. Has heating floor, and as I got height sickness on 1st day there’s oxygen provided. The staff are super very helpful even with language barrier. Message them and they will help to bring the bags, assisted on trip booking and assist on electric bike / car rental during our stay. Using bike is good for me as the place are hilly, i was able to manuever to most places in Shangri la. Recommended hotel 👍👍👍

Excellent service with superb staffs! The room is very nice with the view, exactly like the description provided. I’ll definitely book them again if I ever comeback to Shangri-la.

服務：店家還是比較熱情的，車開不到酒店門口，但店家提供了行李和住客接送服務，提前跟店家聯繫，以便讓店家提前告知最近停車點以便於接送。入住後，店家還送了點小點心和熱飲，一日下來的疲勞有了些舒緩的作用。除外，店家也會推薦一些餐廳和古鎮內的活動項目，還算比較貼心。 環境：算新中式設計的民宿，簡約的線條，氛圍感也不錯。三樓處有個露台區域，拍拍照也不錯。 設施：房間內有地暖，雖然香格里拉現在相對冷，但在房內還是可以感覺到暖和的。 衞生： 客房內的衞生還是可以的，一次性洗漱用品也滿足需求。

入住兩晚以上才送接機 我們高鐵下來打車去的民宿 小哥哥會用電瓶車接送行李和人 趕上年二十九古城夜裡十二點放煙花放炮 有點吵 但帶耳塞可以睡着 屋裡地暖 有製氧機 衞生有點臟 比如開燈的開關全是油乎乎的指紋 牀頭櫃下面都是塵土毛毛 管家提前一天加微信 店裡有一衹性格好好的狗狗

我們在這裏臨時增加了兩晚！一共住了三晚！店家的小哥和小姐姐都很熱情！下午茶也很棒！住的房間空間也很大！地理位置超棒！我們在這裏度過了除夕，看到了滿城放煙花，還聽到了古鎮中喇嘛們的唸經聲。房間裏的配套完善，有製氧機，防止高反。雖然停車地方遠一點，但都有小哥熱情的接送！推薦！裏面的小狗也很好玩，孩子們和它玩得可開心了，記住不要在它吃飯的時候打擾它哦！

裝修很合理~乾濕分離，床品很舒適，就在古城裡麪，晚上也不是很吵鬧。在民宿的觀景台可以看到雪山，有一個小停車場，需要民宿老闆騎電車接~吃飯離哪都很近，老闆也會給遊玩和吃飯攻略，目前沒有踩雷，只是有的飯感覺北方人吃不慣。在這住了四個晚上，每天出門逛逛，體驗體驗藏服，住在這是很不錯的選擇嗷，總體來説很喜歡~ 服務：老闆娘很熱情！還有精緻的下午茶水果 有一衹超可愛的小狗狗tatou（到底是哪兩字發音是不是這個哈哈哈我到現在也沒搞清楚）

絕對滿分的酒店！！各方面都非常好！ 工作人員都超級nice！剛下訂單老闆就打了電話詢問什麼時候到香格里拉，可以接站，得知我已經到了以後還幫忙把行李從之前的地方拿了過來。第二天走的時候問老闆早上能不能送到北門坐車，也約好時間答應了。後來司機臨時改時間了，衹好提前打電話給老闆，啊啊很不好意思！但是老闆態度還是好好，速度很快就到了。非常感謝！還有晚上入住的時候，小姐姐還泡了紅糖薑茶以及水果零食什麼的送上來，真的好好！ 再説房間也超級棒，很大，沙發區很寬闊，有兩扇大窗户採光和視野都不錯，能遠遠望到遠處的風景。甚至還有投屏，太讚了！地暖起作用特別快也特別有效，沒幾分鐘就不冷了，比之前的民宿好多了。老闆會教怎麼操作和注意事項，可以隨自己心意調整。還有加濕器也很有用。衞生間是乾濕分離的很棒，馬桶是智能的很方便。 最後酒店位置也很好，離龜山公園很近，步行五分鐘就到，走出100米就是熱鬧的商業街，外出購物或者點外賣都很方便。 總之真的物超所值，強烈推薦！ 祝老闆生意興隆！
