Il B&B appena aperto ha un'atmosfera da cinque stelle! Il capo è fantastico! Quando siamo arrivati ​​nel pomeriggio, il tempo è diventato improvvisamente freddo. Il capo è stato molto premuroso e ha acceso il riscaldamento a pavimento. Dato che eravamo nonni e nipoti, il capo si è preso molta cura di noi e mi ha mandato una deliziosa carne di yak calda ristorante in vaso. Più tardi, mi ha fatto conoscere la fotografia di viaggio, il prezzo è giusto e anche le capacità fotografiche sono fantastiche👍🏻 Quella sera ci hanno dato il tè allo zenzero. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno qui allo Shangri-La Yunyue Hanya Inn durante la nostra breve visita a Shangri-La. La locanda è situata in una posizione strategica. È a 10 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria di ShangriLa e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona della città vecchia. Ci sono molti ristoranti, supermercati e farmacie. Molto comodo. È una casa intelligente, quindi tutto nella stanza è controllato dall'intelligenza artificiale. L'host e la padrona di casa, il signor Hu e la signora Zhang, sono super amichevoli e accomodanti. Ci chiedono sempre se abbiamo mangiato e se ci siamo divertiti mentre eravamo fuori. Ci offrono latte caldo alla rosa (super delizioso!) di notte e anche la colazione gratuita (anche se in tutte le prenotazioni è specificato che non è inclusa nei pasti). Consiglierei questo posto a chiunque visiti Shangri-La. Oh, hanno persino programmato un autista per portarci alla stazione ferroviaria gratuitamente. Complimenti a loro per aver offerto un servizio così superbo! P.S. Non hanno l'aria condizionata perché il clima diventa piuttosto fresco di notte. Il lato super positivo è che hanno i bidet! ❤️

Love the experience here !!! The host was extremely friendly and warm-hearted, she offered us free pickup/drop off, free laundry and free hot rose milk during the evening. She also recommended us few places to go to at shangri-la and warned us from being scammed. The homestay is located near the Dukezong Gu Zheng, only 1.2km away ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is located just outside the ancient town, about 5 minutes walk away. But there are many constructions around, so the walk becomes not so pleasant. Call the hotel in advance to arrange for pickup. The most pleasant surprise is the serving of hot milk at around 9pm.

Everything was amazing!!! The owner of the hotel was an absolute sweathearth! We also got a free upgrade as well as recommendations for sightseeing 😊 very close to the city center and also provides oxygen machine!!

Host was very welcoming. Nice big rooms and loved the little milk surprise at night. Even though there is a language barrier it was still easy to communicate and we enjoyed having tea with the owner. Very helpful 🥰 loved our stay - only thing I would say is if you have a lot of hair or are tall the disposable towels are get wet very easily 🤣

Great hospitality from the host. They are very helpful and friendly. All needed facilities are provided. Room is very spacious with adequate heating service. We were provided with free hot milk after coming back from outside with cold weather. Good service and strongly recommended. 👍👍

omg ! we really love this hotel. the host is sooooo attentive, very kind, helpful and very friendly to us. we wish that we stayed more than one night here at this place. the host upgraded our room for free since the room booked is under construction. she even provide us tea and rose milk at night. the next day, it was snowing heavily and we arent able to get a ride to the railway station, the host is very nice, she and her husband offered to send us to the station :( really love the experience. would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would repeat if i come here again. It's very clean and spacious, smart home concept with 'siao tuo' aka Hi Google function which control lights, curtains, aircon and even it can find songs for you (need to give instruction in Mandarin tho) The bit down side, need to walk about 300-500 m to ancient town and have few construction next to the hotel. But overall very good experience, they even gave hot rose milk at night FOC

The staffs super friendly, the rooms are all clean and tidy and AI-ed XD, they have heater on the floor. Very comfortable, will come back next time

Very good and clean hotel, love the smart system xiaodu. Very good friendly helpful courteous staffs. The boss was exceptionally friendly and helpful, give us a homely feeling. Provide us warm milk at night and advise. Quite near to dukezhong old town as well. Many shops and eateries nearby, very good location

Strategic location, located at less crowded area of Dukezong Ancient Town. Less than 20 minutes walk to Ghuisan Park. The owner is so friendly, and served us ghee tea right when we arrived. Most amenities are available but can be further improved by adding bathing towels. Facility is spotless clean and I love the warm floor😊

Love our stay here! The host was very happy to share advice on where to go and how to get there by sharing the key location pins. We also had a good experience booking activities thru the host, and not be worried about the price being marked up. He even invited the guests for tea with them in the lobby frequently and offered rose milk at night. The oxygen supply was also very useful as one of us had difficulty getting used to the high altitude.

Friendly & very helpful host, they provide very helpful information & advice during our stay also arrangement for our trip. This guest house just opened less than a year. Room is cosy . Moden equipped . Value for money👍
