Posizione eccellente Dietro la casa c'è la pista a cavallo che sale sulla montagna. Le strutture sono abbastanza buone Anche se non c'è acqua calda 24 ore su 24, è comunque disponibile per l'uso mattutino e serale.
Potrebbe essere bassa stagione, quindi non c'era nessuno alla reception dell'hotel. È venuta solo una giovane guida allo shopping, ha fatto una foto alla nostra carta d'identità e ci ha dato la tessera della camera. Poiché avevo dei riflessi brillanti, gli ho chiesto di aiutarmi a portare la scatola al secondo piano e ho chiesto dei soldi per spostarla. Questa è stata la prima volta che l'ho vista e sono rimasto un po' scioccato. Ma alla fine suo fratello lo aiutò a portare su la scatola.

Molto soddisfatto, ho soggiornato due notti, ho fatto colazione e pranzo, la camera è molto grande, bagno intelligente + tre bagni separati, con riscaldamento dell'acqua, ogni camera ha una terrazza e un piccolo giardino, di notte si vede chiaramente il cielo stellato, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, la zia capo è una persona molto seria e di mentalità aperta, in cucina non vengono utilizzati essenza di pollo e MSG e il cibo è delizioso, le verdure sono tutte coltivate nel cortile, molto fresche 😋, consigliato vivamente.

和老婆來雲南旅拍+自駕遊玩，前一天在香格里拉旅拍得比較晚，因為前往營地的山路不好走，姜姐一路上積極溝通前，奈何車技還不夠火候，等到天黑時因為讓車，在山上迷路且車子滑進一段碎石坡上不來，姜姐帶着一家人前來救援！感到愧疚的同時實在佩服姜姐丈夫的車技！兩三下就讓我們脱離險境！
送我們到達營地後，帥氣管家格桑幫忙把我們的三大箱行李搬到房間後，為我們準備了豐盛氂牛肉火鍋，入住過程中還隨時應答我們各種需求。
不得不説營地直麪哈巴雪山，位置絕絕子！也不枉千辛萬苦前來！訂的小木屋實在是哈巴雪山奢華之最，藏地+北歐風格可見主理人的閲歷和審美之頂級！壁爐供暖、浴霸、各式茶點、水果應有盡有！根本無需擔心夜晚會冷。吃飽喝足後有點點繁星相伴入睡。
重點的重點來了，入住當晚問格桑兄弟最近能否看到哈巴的金頂，答曰比較難因為最近雲層厚，但是！但是我們人品爆表第二天看到了！不用早起，直接在小木屋房間裏，或者在門外吧枱上一覽無遺！
最後是第二天徒步哈巴黑海，姜姐給我們安排的牽馬大姐非常哇噻，路線和時間規劃非常周到，溝通沒問題且很健談，全程都不怎麼休息！大姐説自己從小就上山，閉着眼都認得路哈哈，還給我們科普了很多當地的人文風俗。
哈巴黑海線相較商業化較成熟的虎跳峽、雨崩來説還算小眾，比最近火到離譜的南極洛也絲毫不遜色，像有情懷的格桑兄弟所説，希望這邊商業化的步伐再慢一點，讓這片土地的生靈再快樂久一點。

La pastorezza Zacy è gestita dalla famiglia del capo. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. È il secondo figlio del capo che ci accompagna a guardare la scuola stellare. La reputazione è vera e propria. È molto attento ai bambini.Ci sono paesaggi ovunque, e cibo delizioso! Pochi commenti scrivono, non riesco a sopportare di pubblicare!Spero che piu' persone conoscano 🈚️ Zhazashi pascolo, mio figlio ha detto che sarebbe tornato la prossima volta quando se n'e'andato.

Per noi, questo era il perfetto paracadute tra Tiger Leaping Gorge e Shangri-La. Al momento, l'intera East Ring Road è in costruzione e il periodo di costruzione è di un anno e mezzo. Non è facile andare al villaggio di Haba da Lijiang o da Zhongdian, soprattutto quest'ultimo. Forse a causa di questo (ovviamente, non ci sono molti turisti), potrebbe essere un buon momento per fare un'escursione alla Tiger Leaping Gorge o all'Haba Snow Mountain. Essendo una locanda di alpinismo le condizioni ambientali sono abbastanza buone, non utilizzatela come locanda turistica. Forse perché al momento non ci sono molti alpinisti, il padrone di casa Faraone è diventato una reception e un cameriere, e il self-service è diventato una caratteristica importante della locanda. Parcheggio gratuito e pasti non disponibili. La locanda è a dieci minuti a piedi su e giù dalla strada, quindi è un riscaldamento per l'arrampicata.

Amazing hotel! My girlfriend, brother and I arrived from Tiger leaping gorge quite tired and felt immediately very relaxed. The hotel is beautiful with its full wood architecture and it's fruit trees. The first thing we did was picking delicious apples from the trees. The owners are extremely kind and professional, they guided us on the whole process of preparing for Haba mountain hike. Extremely reliable service. On top of that the food cooked with products from their garden was delicious while being resonnably priced.
We highly recommend this hotel and next time will stay with them again. They are also great contacts to plan trips in the region.

This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier.
The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude.
The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub!
For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay!
One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience.
Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable!
This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it!
Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever!

UUtente anonimoAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccezionale in questo hotel. La stanza era dotata di un riscaldamento, che era un salvatore di vita nel mantenerci caldi e confortevoli durante il freddo tempo. La pulizia dell'hotel era impeccabile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
La cosa più evidente era la cura e l’attenzione del proprietario, la mia moglie aveva una grave malattia di altezza, e il proprietario venne subito al nostro aiuto, fornendo glucosio per aiutarla a recuperarsi e sentirsi meglio. Questo livello di attenzione e compassione è davvero notevole.
Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca un posto caldo, pulito e benvenuto per rimanere!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ”Under the East Fence of Shangri-La Napahai Nature Reserve,” and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for by the host, Guozi, who is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.
Guozi went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She upgraded me to a larger room than what I had booked, which was such a lovely surprise. The room itself was very cool — equipped with all the latest Chinese technology, including automated curtains, voice-controlled lighting, TV projector, screen, and a music system. The heated floors were an absolute treat, especially in the chilly Shangri-La weather.
The view from the room was simply breathtaking, with a full window wall overlooking the stunning landscape of the Napahai Nature Reserve. Waking up to such a view was an unforgettable experience.
Guozi’s hospitality didn’t stop there—she even made tea for me, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The dinner is simple and delicious. Great coffee and Chinese breakfast in the morning. On the day of my departure, her husband kindly drove me to the railway station, which was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of stress.
Another highlight of my stay was meeting Hong Gongzi (The Red Prince), their adorable and majestic Alaskan Malamute. He’s a huge, fluffy, and gentle giant who added so much joy to my visit. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll absolutely adore him!
The location itself is stunning, nestled near the Napahai Nature Reserve, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. It is located well away from town.
Overall, my experience at this home stay was exceptional, thanks to Guozi’s warmth, the luxurious and tech-savvy accommodations, and the charming company of Hong Gongzi. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shangri-La and hope to return one day!

Ho sentito l'entusiasmo dell'hotel dal momento in cui ho effettuato l'ordine e il servizio clienti mi ha contattato in modo proattivo per questioni relative al ritiro. Noi tre madri siamo partite dalla stazione dell'Alta Velocità senza nemmeno prendere i bagagli. Successivamente, la spaziosa macchina a sette posti, l'hada in hotel, il tè caldo allo zenzero e la stanza calda e confortevole fanno sentire alle persone l'entusiasmo e il calore dei collezionisti. L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente, sia che stiate visitando la città antica o facendo un giro fuori città, è facilmente raggiungibile. L'arredamento delle camere è in pieno stile tibetano e le strutture sono avanzate e premurose. La colazione è ricca e deliziosa e l'ambiente da pranzo è di prima classe. Il ragazzo tibetano vende anche caffè☕️ e latte art! Una scelta obbligata la prossima volta che verrai a Shangri-La!

The room was comfortable, and the water pressure and heater worked perfectly.
The Wi-Fi was very stable as well. (For foreigners, do bear in mind, if you connect to hotel wifi, you would need to connect to VPN in order to use WhatsApp, IG or Youtube)
This is a 9-year-old property, so there are some flaws that can be improved, but that is understandable.
My only feedback is about the F&B restaurant; they only have one all-day dining option. Breakfast was alright, with more of a local selection.
I stayed for two nights. On the first day, there was staff available to help me and serve my cafe latte order. However, on the second day, I did not see any staff on standby, so I had to make my own cafe latte (I had to froth the milk), which I found awkward.
I wish the staff were more well trained, but I understand it is low season and the hotel probably hired part-timers for service.
The best highlight of my stay was meeting a lady named Rose He, who is part of the guest services team (i think). She made recommendations on where to go and even found us a local driver to take us around. She was extremely kind and polite. We exchanged WeChat information, and she texted me when the weather turned cold or rainy. She also helped us to arrange complimentary transportation to the train station. It felt personalized. Shangri-La, if you are reading this, I believe she deserves a token of appreciation. She is the true star and a great example of “hospitality.”

MMarkGreat hotel on the top of a hill looking across the town. The room was spacious with views, the bathroom area large. The staff were helpful when approached and always smiling.
The walk to the hotel is challenging at night when the air is damp. We purchased some oxygen from the grumpy man's shop at the bottom of the hill, which eased the walk. The staff assisted carrying our bags up and down the hill whenever required, which was great.
Unfortunately, they didn't clean our room during our 3 night stay, which meant we had to ask for toilet paper each day, and the toilet bin never got emptied.
